As you can see the left implant is higher than the right one. From what I’ve read it’s normal at this point. It takes months for them to completely settle. So happy with my results so far.

Implants are riding high, looking like I have oblong boobies but I know it’s a part of the process. Recovery has been rough! In the sense of swelling and bloating all over my body, wasn’t expecting that. You can already tell that when the implants drop and fluff they’re going to look exquisite. Dr. Lombardo is a magician! So excited to see the final result in 6 months.

Hello! My surgery is in twelve days! Booked for 7/20/2023 with Dr. Aldo Lombardo, in palm beach. I'm 5'4, 139lbs and currently wear a 36-38 A/B bra. I lost 80+ lbs and have two kids so my boobies are very sad as you can see haha. With the dr.'s help we picked natrelle inspira 385 cc full profile silicone implants that will be placed under the muscle. So freaking excited to have normal boobs and be comfortable taking my shirt off.

I'm on my own weight loss journey with the same need for losing 80lbs then doing some breast work surgery after. Congratulations on your weight loss you look amazing! Please continue to update us!
Your pics popped up when I was searching lift with implants. I see tomorrow is the big day! I wanted to congratulate you on your massive weight loss and wish you good luck! I'm a little more than 3 months post op. (I'm trying to get the courage to post my own pics). I also gained and lost a lot of weight. This surgery has been life changing. I found the healing to be easy peasy. I hope you have the same experience! Good luck again!!
