Honest Review - I had zero complications

I’m 6 weeks post op and feel like it’s enough time to give a fair review on my breast lift with implants. I will start with the process of booking - everything was easy and straightforward, I had a little scare at first because it seemed the deposit was lost but it reached them in the end. I was picked up from the airport etc. all was smooth.
The hotel Wanda Vista is excellent, super clean and nice- however, when I was booking with the assistant she sent me pictures of some superior room in the same hotel - with a big bath tub etc so was a little disappointed, but overall it was a very good room regardless.
The consultation day and tests- everything was done so quick! I had a different surgery in Turkey one year before (rhinoplasty) so have a little comparison, and can say the other place took like two days while here it took a couple of hours. Amazing hospital.
Dr Salih is pretty quiet, he’s sweet and nice but more focused on the job than on pointless conversations.
His assistant April is the sweetest girl ever. You can see she really cares about the job, she is happy to be there - always cheerful and caring. After surgery I had an incident where the hospital brought us a ‘vegan’ and ‘vegetarian’ meal, which ended up being with meat. April was off of work but she called the nurse that was on duty, told him to put her on speaker, worked as a translator and told me and my mom to look at the restaurant menu and let us pick whatever we want - and had it delivered to my bed!!!
The other assistant in the hospital Erman was very sweet, funny and helpful too. He gave me his number also in case I need any help, even with taxis he said - if they try to rip us off - to put him on speaker and he will sort them out! He got a little too much in the end but I guess too much sugar is better in a stressful situation, than being grumpy, so overall 10/10 also!
Walking into the hospital room was like walking into a 5 star hotel. Immaculate and very modern. Strip lights on walls and ceilings etc.
I didn’t have to wait long for surgery, they came on time they said they will. I got dressed into my hospital gown and then Dr Salih came again with female only assistants to draw on my breasts. Then told me they will see me soon in the operating room. Nurses came and wheeled me out, gave me some relaxant, joked around with me and then told me I will fall asleep now and injected me with the anaesthesia.
I wake up after surgery still in the room as they were waiting for me to wake up there. I felt great, didn’t feel sick or anything. They wheeled me back into my room. I had constantly people come in and check on me, tell me everything went great. I had a breast lift with implants and I didn’t even need drains!! Incredible. I had to ask once for extra painkiller and there was no issue- they came back right away. Overall very little pain.
The next day I saw the surgeon again before I got checked out. Got my new bra, fresh tapes etc.
No need to write the general stuff after boobies as my review is already long.. I’m so happy I came with my mum who helped in everything. She had to dress me up, brush my hair.
I kept sending pictures to my friend who works in an ER and helps in surgeries - and she was very impressed with the stitches. She said they were very neatly done. Looking at some other surgeons breast lift work- I can say the same. I had no holes or anything opening up while it’s common. Also, I have sensation in my nipples which I wasn’t sure I will have! My left one is even more sensitive than before and my right one a little less- but maybe it will balance out. I’m glad I have any feeling at all!
At the beginning the swelling was very uneven and they looked bad, but with each week they’re looking better and better! They’re even now.
I asked the surgeon a couple of times to remove as much breast tissue as he can, cause I want a fake look- nice and perky breasts but don’t want to go too big. I also showed him a picture of a breast lift of a girl he did with 300cc. I don’t know why but he said we will do 400cc and I trusted him. I think they’re too big, but the shape is nice. It is my fault for not knowing exactly what shape size I want so I don’t blame the surgeon for going too big - what is too big for me can be too small for someone else so how was he to know? My only recommendation is that you know exactly what you want when you go in.
I still don’t understand why he didn’t want to takeout my breast tissue, I already had very big breasts at 34E. Now he put 400cc and left a lot of my own breast and I feel a little comical. I wanted perky and fake but they’re a little saggy because of my own amount of tissue.. right now it’s good but I’m already scared how saggy will they get again in a year or two? I just wanted to have implants without my own size E tissue on top..
Regardless, it’s a huge improvement and they definitely look way better. I was looking for perfection without specifying what perfection is. It’s my fault with the breast size, but I’m scared they will sag. The nipples are a little pointing downwards as well? There is no doubt that Dr Salih is an amazing surgeon though with a lot of skill. I’m not sure anyone else could do a much better job than him. I had zero complications, at 6 weeks almost all my stitches are out already and I’m resuming to normal activity.
