I highly recommend Dr Anthony Williams and his team for anyone considering breast surgery.
He is very professional and straightforward. He will be completely honest with you, and he will not try to talk you into or out of anything; he simply makes sure you have all the information to make the best decision for yourself. Dr Williams is very approachable and has a pleasant manner that makes you feel at ease during the appointments and for surgery. I had a bunch of questions at all my appointments, and it was no hassle for him to go through them with me and provide the required information.
I think Dr Williams is a miracle worker (as much as he can be with the canvas that is presented!). I am extremely impressed with the results achieved for me. I had realistic expectations, and my breasts have turned out better than I imagined. Even during recovery, I was expecting a lot of pain and downtime, but I was able to do a lot more than I was expecting to be able to do. I made sure to follow all the restrictions and recommendations for recovery, but I was able to complete my own personal care after only 2 days post-surgery and after 5 days, I was ok to walk around the shops and go out for short periods of time. Although scarring from incisions is individual to each person, I am really impressed with how well they are healing. I am now 9 weeks post-surgery, and the movement in my breasts is amazing and feels completely natural. There is no discomfort at all, not even occasional nerve pain, as per what I was told to expect. I believe all this is due to the exceptional surgical skills of Dr Williams!
The clinical nursing team that supports patients with dressing changes post-surgery are also very professional and caring. They took their time and made sure to check in with me about the recovery process and provided little hints and tips to help with any discomfort or issues I was experiencing. I was really appreciative of all their help!
And finally, I must mention the one person who works tirelessly to keep everything running like clockwork and who maintains a level of professionalism that is exceptional. Imogen McLeod is the Specialist Medical Secretary to Dr Williams and your go-to person for anything. Imogen was extremely helpful, supportive, informative and just a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, and she always responds to emails or calls in a very timely manner.

Hi do you mind me asking what the cost was back in 2025?
Hi, all up it was around the $20k mark for a lift and implants. The plastic surgeons fee was about 60% of that, plus anesthetist fees and hospital fees.
When I was getting quotes from different surgeons, he wasn't the absolute cheapest, but there were many more that were much more expensive. I saw another surgeon initially that was a slightly lower cost, but I didn't "gel" with this surgeon.
Yes, it is a lot of money to spend...but personally, I do not regret a single cent. This is something I wanted to do that would help me feel like me again (lost a lot of weight and my breasts basically deflated). For me, it was part of regaining some of my identity, so that was important to me. But everyone has their own reasons and motivations that only they can decide what's "worth it" or not!

I basically just did a bunch of google searching for surgeons and asked for some quotes. I read through their websites, looked at before and after photos and read a lot of reviews. Made myself a short list and went from there. At the end of the day, everyone is different or unique in what they are looking for or what they need in a surgeon. So work out what this is for you and you will find a good match.
