Done surgery twice before with this doctor - his attitude is now always arrogant

I’ve done surgery twice before with this doctor. Year 2012 for breat augmentation, and year 2013 for tummy tuck. On both occasions my experience was beyond delightful; however, over the past few years he’s gotten so much exposure and much more patients that I think has gotten to his head. I met with him day of my surgery of course briefly to go over my procedure. His attitude is always arrogant. Mind you, this was a friendly and humble man years ago. Fast forward. I visited his office day after surgery for follow up. (With his nurse) not him. I payed that no mind. Following week with his nurse again. The week after with his nurse again. The only reason I saw him the day after my last visit was because I developed a hematoma in both my breasts so his burse scheduled him to check it out. Waited 2 hours to see him. When I finally saw him, I mentioned the long wait and this man didn’t give a rats a%^ about how I felt,. He brushed me off. I mentioned that I haven’t seen him at all after my surgery. He was just like “okay” he looked at my breasts, felt the swelling and confirmed it was hematoma. He told me to just monitor it and if it gets worse to contact them. Upon leaving his office, the man didn’t wish my a good day or nothing. He said not one word! I’ve never felt so low in my life. He can never get another penny from my pocket. My message to him is, God giveth and taketh away. Be kind to others, especially the people that are making you rich. I’m a business owner and I appreciate my customers and always treat them with respect. I’m healing up well now and I’m pleased with my results so far. P.S. Maria, his nurse is a darling!
