I have noticed two to tiny holes (needle size) and there is liquid draining from it. I panicked and sent a photo to my PS assistant, she said as long as not too much and always leaking, it is ok. Urgh, it didn’t seem to calm me down. I included a photo of the liquid for anyone who has been through this please advice. The right breast is still a lot bigger too.

My right breast was a lot bigger and saggy before surgery. But I’m a bit worried that it will be so obvious that right is still bigger after surgery.
Mentor 225cc moderate plus I went for as I wanted natural look. Please tell me it will catch up with the left

Just a quick update
The sutures from my right breast has been removed today and super grateful that al went well without any open wound.
Two locations of a bit of a gap but dry and with scab which I shouldn’t be worried about. I just need to be very careful and not to lift or strain myself, take it easy until all ok. The swelling seems to be going down but right is still bigger. I’m wearing the compression bra 24/7 and the band at night. Boobs are still sitting high so I have to be patient and use the band as long as I can. I haven’t done any massage too as I’m anxious the wound are still fully healed.
I will also wait until all scabs are gone and I can start with scar cream etc.

My surgeon used silver nitrate to help debride the wound and then just had me put regular neosporin on it and cover with gauze. It did eventually close up and stop leaking but it did take quite some time.
All you can really do is follow your surgeons instructions and wait it out. As long as you don’t notice signs of infection and your surgeon says nothing is infected, then it’s definitely a waiting game where you just have to be patient unfortunately.
