Progress

It’s been a little over 2 months (8 weeks 5 days) and I had to reschedule my 6 weeks post-op because of some personal issues. Lost my job and then I had to put my dog down. With that being said, life kinda sucks BUT my tits look great! You win some you lose some lol. Sooo, I’ve been resting a lot over the past couple weeks and they feel pretty good! I can sleep a lot more comfortably and they feel a lot more apart of my body compared to in the beginning. I haven’t been working out other than some bicycle cardio but I don’t think I’d have a problem if I started with some light upper body weightlifting. The scars are still pretty evident but I’m sure months of consistent application of the scar gel will make a difference. The one thing I do have to say is that my left breast is still hanging a liiiitttle bit more than the right. Though, my mom who had a breast augmentation back in the day told me it took her 6 months before hers settled equally. When I see Dr. Setty next week I’ll get his opinion on it. Still, I love them and I can’t wait for them to be fully-fully healed. (-:

Additional before surgery pictures

My very first review I added a couple of before-the-procedure pictures of my breasts but RealSelf awkwardly cropped them so I deleted them. I’m incredibly pleased with the results so far but I want to make sure it’s obvious to you guys as well and emphasize the night and day transformation. 2 of the pictures I’m adding are of my breasts in their natural state (not anymore, haha!), puffy areola and all. The 3rd picture is my breasts when I was at a low weight and therefor, lacking volume and adding to the yo-yo sagging saga. I planned on adding a video of the actual surgery that I allowed Dr. Setty to record and post on his official snapchat buuuut RealSelf isn’t allowing it. I’m assuming it’s an issue because it’s 4 minutes long but when I attempt to cut/edit it, even a minute is too long and I’m too lazy to do all that. Bummer because it’s cool as [RS bleep] to watch. Oh well!

3 weeks post-op

So far so good! Dr. Setty removed most of the glue today so I will now begin applying the silicone gel I bought from his office as well as vitamin E and C oil. I’m still sleeping on my back due to the uncomfortable feeling from any other position. I definitely feel more comfortable, noticeable swelling has decreased, and they have continued to settle. I’m still continuing delicacy as they become aggravated and sore with consistent arm movement. And again, I’m still noticing a difference in the pacing of healing as my left is a bit more settled but I’m pleased so far and trusting the process. I’ll be visiting Dr. Setty in 3 weeks for my 6 weeks post-op.
