I had my consultation with Dr. David Kim today. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He answered my 20 plus questions with patience. He was honest about the results I would receive without a lift and with. He did not sugarcoat anything, but that is what you need in a professional. I cannot wait for my surgery!

Pre Op

I had my pre op appointment yesterday. I had to sign paperwork, get blood work, speak with Dr. Kim and pay the remaining balance. It took a little over two hours. We decided that I did not need the lift because my breasts were only slightly asymmetrical. I was very happy because that means he can go through the crease instead of nipple. My surgery is in 14 days; I can’t wait!

What size are you going to go with?

I’d like to go as big as possible. I have a small waist though and have to go high profile. So I asked him to go as big as he can without making them look like balls. I love the super full natural look. He said he could might be able to get 700cc but 600cc is more likely. I breastfeed my two children for over four years combined so I have the extra skin.

It’s a hard decision, but I read breast augmentations have the highest satisfaction rate.

Post Operation

I had my surgery on the 16th. The nurses Page and Shirley were absolutely amazing! They were so kind and sweet. Dr. O’Neil, the anesthesiologist, kind of irked me but we pleasant enough. Dr. Kim did an amazing job and was able to use high profile 600-650cc. I had some asymmetry hence the two sizes.
So I wished I knew how rough surgery was. I thought I’d be fine afterwards. Jokes on me! I was fine the day of surgery, but the next day was absolute hell. The pain medication made me extremely nauseous and I had a panic attack in the office for my post op. Dr. Kim rushed me out realizing the office was making me worse. Or at least I think that’s why he got me out so fast. The girls at the front were angels! I was so sick and super emotional/embarrassed. They were empathetic and lovely! I wish I knew there names to leave them great reviews. I’m doing much better now on day 3 post op.
My breasts are super high still. I can’t wait for them to drop.
