Not what I expected

Here’s without the tape…

$9,250
I still have a little wound opening on my left side. I am about 5 weeks post op. Started as a saggy 34b and now about a 34c or small d.
I’m ready to have them redone

They've lost all upper pole fullness which is a shame, maybe 400cc HP round implants will suit you, nipples are a good size in my opinion
Ohh I would sue for this..

Not what I expected

Breastfeeding mother of 3...went to get the surgery and I'm not too impressed or excited about them. Opinions are welcome. 1 month post op. They just look flat and my nipples are huge:/ and he didn't fix the asymmetry...

Oh I'm sorry poppet! That's so disappointing when you've invested money, time and pain and don't get near the desired result you were after. You haven't shared before pics so not sure what your journey has been. Have you spoken to your surgeon? What did he advise in his consultations about what could be a realistic outcome?
He seems to think they look fine. They did look better than before, but it's just blah to me. I gave him wish pics and he said they would look somewhat like that. He was supposed to do an anchor lift but changed his mind In the surgery room, he said that I didn't have enough tissue to work with. I wanted 350 and he out 300 in both even though I had unevenness. I don't know what to do, I have a check up in a week and will discuss what my options are. So upset.
If they only did the lift around the nipples, you wouldn't get as much of a result as if you did the full anchor lift. That may be the issue. The trade-off is the scars.
I had mine on 12/3 and my surgeon used an anchor incision which looks scary now but he had to to be able to remove excess skin and reshape my own Brest tissue before inserting the implant. Did you tell your surgeon to use as little incisions as possible? I told my to do what was ever necessary to get the results I desired. What size implant did you go with?
I thought giving him my wish list and telling him I absolutely wanted to go bigger.. I thought that was enough. These are 300 cc mentor moderate profile.
Without any before pictures, it's hard to say. But to me, it doesn't look like anything was done. They look like natural breasts after breastfeeding.
Yeah. Sucks. I had really bad sagging and deflated boobs. They look hardly lifted and only a little bit of improvement.
I would agree and say they look more natural but I wouldn't go as far as to say they look like breast feeding boobies! Especially when you look at our side profile - they seem pert to me but I guess its subjective isn't it. I think he could have made the nipples smaller for sure but they don't look over bearing like mine did. I had 370 cc removed from each breast and only 140cc implant in as I wanted to go smaller. The anchor incision was the only way he could get me close to the shape I was after as it was effectively reconstructive surgery. To get the shape of my wish pics he told me I'd have had to have a 400cc+ implant which defeated the point in me getting reduction in the first place! Hope your follow up appointment goes well and there is a route to get what you're after without having to pay too dollar again! It's a lot of money to shell out without walking away happy!
Thank you. My breast were like yours, just smaller as I was a 34b. You're a look great so far. I am definitely getting revision done. I can't deal with large nipples again. I told him to make them as small as possible, I think he took of just a tiny bit. Mines were big and overbearing before.
