Went in today for my poker pole stew he fix...
WORTH IT$9,851
Got a revision in both breasts today. Nipples too high and pop of out all bras/suits and hang low on my chest way. He said in office procedure to fix this issue. “The goal is to set the folds well, change the dimensions of the lower pole of the breast, and hopefully better position,” said Dr.P.
Pain is moderate. I am using tramadol and ibuprofen and icing them. Still groggy from in office sedation. We shall see how this works. Below are before and after.
Doc said my extensive life and large implants were the cause of the lower pole stretch... and the implants weight won in stretching them the lower breast before my incisions was healed and strong enough to hold the implants.
So far they look nice... we shall see. Trying to be optimistic $750 in office procedure to fix this.

I think my left breast is bottoming out....
I noticed this a week or so ago. Currently 13 weeks post op.... so sad to spend pennies shy of 10K to have them do this....
What do you think? :-(((((.
Does this cost much to fix? Do I pay for the revision? What re my options.

I don't know the answers to your questions but it definitely looks different under your left breast. were your implants placed under or over the muscle?
Under the muscle.
I think your question would be better served in the doctors Q&A here. I’m not an M.D. but your pic does have the appearance of a double bubble in my non-professional opinion. Have you asked your PS what he thinks about this? Many PS waive their fees for revisions but may charge for anesthesia or operating room fees. Others are not so generous. It’s really up to the individual PS. Unfortunately a lot of people don’t think to ask about the revision policy prior to signing the contract. Not to mention lot of PS don’t clearly address their revision policy in their contracts. When doing my research I would the check PS’s lowest ratings which often exposed how they handled their other patients revisions. I hope your PS addresses your issue in a satisfactory manner. Good luck and please keep us posted.
Thank you. I agree with everything you stated. I know I had one the breast feels super funny in the pocket and really moves around under the fold. I will be calling her my interview today. See I’m not complaining I completely understand my case was a tough one, but I would like to think a doctor can “see” things and adjust for different patients. My skin was super stretch before I went in if he was worried this would happen why didn’t he talk about possible preventative options before... I would have been fine paying for more. Now I’m stuck with a wonky boob and need to pay for a revision or at least partial... booooo. Now I’m curious if my right one will eventually go to... I love my boobs I just want them to last more than 12 weeks or for that matter 10. I will keep you all updated! Thanks for your response. The boob from the side view with my arms up looks aweful:-(
You’re most welcome. I am truly sorry for the experience you’re going through. There’s nothing more frustrating than forking out 10 grand and then worrying about having to spend more. Btw if I could put on my consumer hat and give you my opinion: there’s no need for you to apologize for your situation. Your PS is the professional here. Not you. And imo your situation is no more complicated than many other women that pay 10k for breast lift surgery. When it comes to medicine most people are often backwards and bashful about negotiating fees or expressing their true feeling with their doctors. However it’s my opinion that being wishy-washy or apologetic with a PS may not get the results or answers you may want. Of course it’s to always be polite; but don’t hesitate to “complain“ and/or firmly state your concerns on any matters you’re not pleased with. I hope you don’t mind my two cents on this matter. Good luck and wishing you the best!
Thank you again. I will keep this in mind when I call today.
Oh honey :( They looked absolutely perfect just your last post! They still don't look bad though...
However, It does look like they've both started to bottom out and that one looks to have a slight double bubble. I'm no plastic surgeon, that's just what it looks like to me, and your arms are up, not down at your sides so it's hard to say if your nipples typically look that high on the breast. They didn't look that high in your last update.
Also, I'm super surprised your surgeon DIDN'T tell you this was a possibility based on your skin tissue quality. My breasts were similar to yours pre-op and I was told straight away that he would do everything he could to the best of his ability, but that bottoming out and/or recurrence of sagging were the most likely complication possibility especially if I didn't wear proper support. There's only so much he can do with my existing anatomy and damaged skin. I greatly appreciated the honesty. I would have hoped your doctor would tell you the same.
Please keep us updated. I'm just so bummed for you.

Been thinking of you, girl! I hope you've seen your doctor and everything is okay. I got to thinking, you are still pretty early on. Maybe it will work itself out. Let us know if you can.
I have an appointment next week. I know he is gonna day you have stretchy skin his is a common side effect... but then why didn’t we just put a mesh in right away?? I’m just curious. I would have been fine paying more for extra work... owell. Thank you. I will let you know after Wednesday next week!
He probably didn't do anything "extra" to begin with because the likelihood of it working with a first surgery where no capsule is formed is low anyway. That's what I was told. They kinda wait and see what happens. Mesh isn't the only option. They can decide its best to downsize the implants, stitch the capsule tighter, etc... it depends on the persons individual anatomy. Whatever happens, I wish you luck and thanks for the updates. I still think they look 100x better than before.

12 weeks post op 425 HP mentor implants and full anchor lift (12.5 BW) 30FF bra NOW before 32D in VSecret
Hey peeps,
12 weeks and a few days
-Bra size-30FF wow.... I still cant find one that is comfortable.
-tops of nipples just peek out of my bras unless I wear a full coverage... I didn’t get these done to err a full coverage bra:-/ bras are uncomfortable and I prefer bralets
-Victoria secrets don’t fit me... I’m too big boobs and have too small of a rib cage.
-boobs are soft and bounce move like real boobs
-nerve sensation/pain practically gone, some in the incisions.... this was the worst part about the whole process.... who nerve nerve issues could take so long to get better.
-areolas still numb but react to stimulus (not full nip ons but 50% hard)
-love my boobs, I will always have residual areola in my verticals scar as it was impossible to remove all pigmentation.
-I started working out this week... I was not chancing ruining my boobs and did all activities just not worked out.
-my left boob does something strange when I flex and looks deformed. That boob is a smidge off compared to my right but i can’t complain.
-never used scar therapy
-started taking that supplement for nerve repair (a protein... forgot the name) 2 days in it no difference yet (obviously it is still too early).
-I will update at 6 months and 12 months next!
