Like everyone I’ve been lurking realself for a while. I’m finally having my surgery tomorrow In Milano with doctor Raimondo Tisbo. The consultation my well and I feel they understand what I need and want.

I want to write a little about myself and my surgery because a lot of your reviews have helped me a lot to understand more about what I want, what I don’t want. What I might expect and the food and bad of every surgery. So I want to thank you! If anyone is thinking of doing their surgery in Milan I highly recommend doctor raimondo tisbo.
I had my surgery today and I am in not a lot of pain but more of discomfort like something heavy on my chest. All the doctors and anaesthesiologist were amazing. I just remember entering the surgery room and going for a sleep and woke up with new breast. My surgery lasted 2 hours. Really felt like 5
Minutes.
I always had boob since puberty. I’m very slim and tall so not a lot of people expect me to have real breast a lot of people always assumed it was fake. Anyway when I was 16 I had my period (late I know) and my breast were growing very fast. So I had a lot of breast tissue. Unfortunately the breast tissue on my left was growing much more then the right and I was in a lot of pain. At that time my breast was huge for my body type. As time went on of course it changed and depending on my prior
Day they were amazing and some days I felt saggy. I never felt comfortable wearing anything without a bra. And that was annoying! My bra size was 34D/ 32/D padded or not padded.
So I decided at 30 to finally get them done. My goal was to fill them up a bit more so I had upper pole volume and more symmetry.
My doctor recommended 2 different sizes depending on breast tissue and over the muscles (sub glandular) and a lift.

Left breast : 300cc silicone because of excessive Breast tissue.
Right breast: 360cc silicone
