Feeling Like Myself Again
WORTH IT$23,500
I had my first breast augmentation over 10 years ago with a different surgeon and honestly, it just wasn't right for me. At 5'3" and 115 lbs, the 375 cc high-profile implants the first surgeon used were way too big for my frame. Over time they started to sag and I just hated the way they looked. I waited a long time to get them fixed because I was so nervous about finding the right person but I’m so glad I found Dr. Z.
I knew I wanted to go much smaller this time with a demi profile. Since I couldn’t remember my old implant size, Dr. Z had to guesstimate based on my photos. She ended up ordering both 170 cc mini and 180 cc demi Motiva implants just to be safe. Right before the surgery, we looked at my inspo photos one last time. I told that trust her and we went with the 180 cc Demi. I also got a lift and an internal mesh bra to keep everything in place.
The recovery was a total shock, in a good way! My first surgery years ago was brutal. I couldn't even lift my arms for a month but this time I had zero pain and could move totally normally right away.
I’m 6 months post-op now and I feel like a young woman again. My only regret is waiting this long! I used to hide my breast but now I can actually wear clothes that show a little cleavage and feel confident.
One side is still sitting a tiny bit higher than the other, so I might need a quick minor touch-up later on, but it’s really no big deal. I knew that was a possibility going in and compared to where I started, I couldn’t be happier.
