Empowering and Wonderful Experience

I honestly cannot recommend Dr Ayhan Isik Erdal and his team highly enough. From the initial consultation right through to my recovery, I have felt incredibly well looked after.

I travelled to Turkey from the UK for my breast lift & implants and, naturally, I had a lot of nerves beforehand. Choosing a surgeon abroad is a huge decision, and I spent a lot of time worrying about whether I was making the right choice. I can genuinely say that I am so glad I chose Dr Erdal.

Dr Erdal was professional, reassuring and really listened to what I wanted. I never felt pressured into a particular size or result, and I felt that he genuinely understood the look I was hoping to achieve. I wanted a fuller, feminine result that still suited my proportions, and I feel that he took all of this into consideration.

I also have to give a huge thank you to Ipek, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was always so helpful, kind and reassuring, and having someone I could contact when I was worried or had questions made such a huge difference. She was incredibly patient with me and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. When you're travelling abroad for surgery, having a coordinator you can trust is so important, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Ipek.

I also want to give a mention to Beyza, who was absolutely incredible. She was so kind, gentle and comforting, particularly when I was feeling nervous. There were moments when I was quite anxious and she had such a calming presence that immediately made me feel more at ease. I genuinely felt cared for rather than just being another patient, and I will always be grateful for how lovely she was to me.

The surgery itself went really well, and my recovery has been closely monitored. I've definitely had moments during recovery where I've worried about things that turned out to be completely normal and all the little changes that happen while everything is settling. Having a team who are responsive and reassuring has made the whole experience so much easier.

The aftercare has honestly been one of the biggest positives for me. Healing isn't always straightforward, and I think it's completely normal to have moments of doubt or worry after such a big procedure. I've never felt silly for asking questions, and I've always felt like my concerns were taken seriously.

I'm still relatively early in my recovery, so I know my final result will continue to change over the coming months, but I'm already really happy that I made the decision to have the surgery. My breasts are still settling and changing, but I'm already seeing the shape come through and I'm so excited to see the final result.

For anyone considering travelling to Turkey for surgery, I completely understand how daunting it can feel. I had so many nerves and questions before making the decision myself. But looking back, I genuinely feel that I made the right choice.

A huge thank you to Dr Erdal, Ipek, Beyza and the entire team for making what could have been an incredibly frightening experience feel so much more comfortable and reassuring. I am so grateful for the care I've received and I'm really excited to see my final results.
