thanks hun! so I got 450cc I was a 34 small D now I’m fitting into my breastfeeding bras that are a 34dd. I don’t know if that will be my size they might bc they are still settling. but I’m Happy so far!

Did he suggest gummy bear or did you? He told me Mentor smooth round would be best for me. Did you get smooth or cohesive? I have total boob envy right now!!! I love your upper pole fullness. It is crazy that I got 500cc and mine are so much smaller. It really proves that we need to leave it to the experts to choose CC’s and not get hung up on how many cc’s we think we need. Dr. Krau really is the boob god! Lol

I guess he did. I mentioned HP because I feel like sometimes they can give you more upper pole fullness but it depends on your frame. Idk y I got gummy bear, I fount I was getting silicone until I got warranty, they told me I got gummy bear. You can ask him if you got gummy bear I don’t think I would had known. Bc they are like silicone. If you look at my other review my pictures from the beginning are a lot different then now. They changed a lot! So no need to envy, your results will be beautiful they were done by the same hands lol!!

hey girl this is my other review, i wrote one for Dr Krau lol. Thank You! I was a 34D right now I’m a 34dd not sure if it will change. I received 450 HP I’m so glad I listened to him. I told him I wanted around 400cc but I showed him a picture. then he said to do 450cc. you should show him a picture of what you like and just let him decide lol.

LOL after I commented on this post I realized I replied to you twice on your other review thinking you were two different people! I had just woken up and was still half asleep :) That is a good idea to show him pictures and let him decide. I will show him a picture of the shapes that I like but explain because of my current back problems, I shouldn't be bigger than a D....even though I like the look of DD's more. I think as long as they are round and perky, I will be happy even though they won't be as big as I would like. I actually like the super round "fake" look. My last PS talked me out of round implants telling me I should go with anatomical shaped implants. He also talked me into the more CC's over the muscle. I should not have trusted him. But I'm not afraid to trust Dr. Krau given all the excellent reviews, and the fact that Dr. Krau probably does at least 20-30 lifts with implants per week. Dr. Krau's assistant already told me he recommends smooth, round, submuscular implants for me based on my before and after pictures I sent from my first surgery. My biggest fear is asymmetry. I know surgeons say boobs are like are sisters, not twins, but I don't want to end up with 2nd cousins LOL! I was thinking 400-450, but then I got scared I would end up too big again. But I also don't want to end up smaller than I was before having kids (34D). Hopefully, he can get me close to a full D. I'd rather be a DD than a C. Having "I" cups is awful for me. I can't even zip up most of my jackets and I have to special order all my bras and bikini tops. Thank you so much for all the advice! I hope my results are as excellent as yours!

Thanks Liz1222! I had surgery Thursday at 3:30. He removed my 615cc implants that were over the muscles, along with the capsular contracture and scar tissue, and replaced them with 500cc. I was a 34I before my revision , I told him I wanted to be a a full C. So he must’ve removed a lot of breast tissue because even though they are swollen, I can tell I’ll liken be a full C when the swelling goes down. I had a full anchor lift. I have had a lot of pain! I was mostly afraid of the pressure, but the pain along my anchor incision and general soreness is the worst. Even with taking 2 Percocets. I’m a little nervous because I told him I wanted them really high and round. I know it’s too early to tell the shape since they are still boxy, but they are currently sitting at the level I’d hoped they would drop to! So I hope they don’t drop much. It’s not like other pictures I’ve seen where the implants were above the armpit before dropping. I’m just amazed at how much smaller they are even with 500cc, and I’m thrilled with the size and symmetry. I got a quick look of my nipples yesterday and they are so tiny and I love them. I had a donut lift with my 1st implants and it totally stretched my nipples out. I just really hope the pain improves by tomorrow! Thanks for our support! ❤️

Obviously I changed my mind about size again lol and told I’m full C the day of surgery. I decided reducing g back strain and staying perky was most important. I’m just nervous they won’t be perky since they aren’t too high 2 days post op. I’m anxious to get my dressings changed by Dr. Krau on Monday. I saw his nurse yesterday. I have telfa dressings over my nipples and tape on everything else. She insisted I was with regular soap and then blow them dry, but the telfa is really hard to dry.

Hey girl! So happy for you! Mine were pretty high the first day but they started dropping after couple of Days! I was also in a lot of pain, I took pain meds for a little while. I know some people are ok without them after 2 days but I wasn’t one of them. To be honest this process has been a lot harder then I anticipated. It’s like you’re waiting for this surgery for so long but you don’t realize after you get the surgery is only the beginning. You can look at my other review And see how much mine changed from week to week. They looked smaller at the beginning. I can’t wait to see your results! Put some pics up lol

Thanks girl! I do love them! To be honest since they haven’t completely dropped in still a little nervous lol. I just don’t want them t change too much. I got it under the muscle I guess Bc I already had some breast tissue.

Waiting to see their final destination is the worst! Today is 6 days post op and I’m finally just on Tylenol for the time. I’m still sore but definitely tolerable. I just wish Dr. Krau had a magic camera to show us what our breasts will look like when they finish dropping! Even if mine end up lower than I’d like, symmetry is most important to me and he totally nailed it with my nipples and breasts. He explained that he has to position of the implants where the natural breast crease is. So perhaps since I’m taller (5’8) maybe my breast crease is just a little lower. I’m thrilled with their position now, and he said mine really won’t drop much and the only way I could’ve achieved lots of upper pole fullness was with a bigger implant (which I absolutely didn’t want due to preexisting back problems) so he chose the best implant to fit my chest with the goal of making me a full C. He said he wouldn’t decide on size until he opened me up and saw the amount of breast tissue I had after removing my old implants, capsules and scar tissue. I was shocked he put in 500cc but I can tell once the swelling goes down they will be perfect for my body. Under the muscle is the way to go when possible. I was foolish to listen to my first PS. He said over the muscle would give me a more lifted appearance, which it did for almost a year, then they started saying like crazy, I got CC, and they interfere with mammograms over the muscle. That alone should’ve made me say no to my first PS. The only way to get a good mammogram is with an MRI when they are overs, and I’m sure insurance wouldn’t have covered that. I hope mine drop as beautifully as yours! I’ll post a review soon!

Hey girl! I’m so glad you’re doing well. I took pain meds for like 2 weeks Bc after my breast stopped hurting my back started aching a lot at night. I actually just started feeling like myself. After the surgery I was exhausted for like 5 weeks. I would get really tired. Driving was hard for a while. I can’t wait to see your results!! I’m still very happy with my results and a little scare they will drop too much lol. Idk this is a process, they say it takes 3 months so they’re still dropping for a while.

Hey girl thank you! So I’m 8 weeks now, I have to write an update, I still love my results! I was suppose to start scar therapy embrace, but I started getting spitting stitches which caused scabbing. Now I’m waiting for that to finish up healing because they say you can’t have any scabs once you start scar therapy. So they were very firm for a while and now they are soft and squishy. I love them! I also love that Gummy’s are sag less. I still have nice upper fullness and I don’t think they’ll change that much. They’re still super round and I love it! Dr Krau did a great job! You’re in a good hands!

Good to know. :) I am worried about spitting stitches, I feel like they happen a lot. Do you treat them yourself? Hopefully you get to start scar therapy soon. That's good news about them being soft and squishy. I can't wait for mine!
