My breasts were DDD but very deflated and saggy. I had a breast lift and augmentation in November 2000 with Mentor 425cc Memory Gel Moderate which made me a size G and after swelling went down stabilized at a size F. I have been very happy with the results; however, 3 years later now I would like to go bigger, rounder on top so I have more cleavage w/o having to wear a push up bra and with more projection. I am meeting my same surgeon next week to discuss options. Here are pictures of my before and after's from November 2000 and my wishes.

I had a consultation with a different doctor for my revision a week before my scheduled consultation with Dr. Rose just to get a second opinion. She told me that the reason my implants were sagging below the crease line after only 3 years is because the implants were above the muscle and not under the muscle. She told me to obtain the operative report from Dr. Rose so she could review it. Once I got my operative report and reviewed it, the notes in the report were not of me and was either copied and pasted from someone else or he did not keep good records. Not to mention that the report was dated 5 months after my surgery. Needless to say I cancelled my consultation with Dr. Rose because I am so furious. I am now having to have another lift, implants exchanged to now be under the muscle with galaflex mesh to provide extra support to my breast tissue to keep from sagging again. It infuriates me that I am having to redo this only three years after my original surgery. My revision survey is in 8 days and I will post updates afterwards.

So unhappy after only 3 years

I am so unhappy with my breasts after only 3 years. They are not as I discussed with Dr. Franklin Rose at all. I'm so mad that I have to pay triple the price now to have them re-done by a different doctor after only 3 years because he did not place the implants under the muscle as he was supposed to do and that he used tear drop implants and not round as we discussed.
