All the pain and sacrifice was worth it. What a great time to be alive with my partners in crime Venus and Mars! We have single handedly mesmerized the entire male species! When we walk into a room we command attention. Even the girls from team #LittleBoobsMatter garner up the courage to compliments & inquire about our secrets! Haha

Venus and Mars update
So ladies as I thoroughly told you my routine for seamless healing you can get similar results. I'm now 2 months and a half into recovery and Venus and Mars are ready to partttttyyyyyyyyyy. Let's pop some champagne and say cheers to My kick ass surgeon Dr Roudner and Venus & Mars! Woot woot they look amazing. I would take all the credit for being the master serum mixologist but I guess I will share the fame with the surgeon who made it all possible haha

Okay...I need that serum cocktail...my surgery next week Friday. Thank you in advance.
They look so good! I pray mine heal like this. Do your scars on your body typically heal well?
I heal pretty well overall. But again taking the proper steps to ensure great results is key. You can't get lazy or rush the process
how are you feeling now almost a year out?
I feel great. Venus and Mars have dropped and feel extremely soft and natural. Very bouncy, I can easily knock my eye out if I'm running and don't have on a proper sports bra! Lol.
Your scars look amazing!
Thank you
When did you start using the silicone sheet for your aerolas.

Scar treatments used
For those of you who asked about what I used. Buy these things beforehand.
Aquaphor: applied after 2-3wks to help with any possible skin flaking around the breast but NOT near the incision scars! But sure, go ahead and dont listen to me and end up with an expensive infection and you will learn a very "expensive lesson"! Lol
Showers: I used Hyberclense with a sponge around my breast area carefully. Do not rush to go back to your perfumes body wash. It can cause an infection! Be careful not to scrub around incisions little girl! You may end up with an "expensive lesson" if you rip a suture!
For Scars I used 4 steps:
1)At night around 3wks I used merderma PM intense cream. Only around incisions that are NOT open! If you have any opening(and I shouldn't have to tell grown women this) use NOTHING but an antibiotic ointment in that area!! Or you will be like rest that DON'T listen then whine to RealSelf about how you're scared the DR gave you an infection. Lol. Yes I know us women do not like taking responsibility for anything. Lol. It was you darling learning your "expensive lesson"
2: About 3wks after each morning shower I used Vitamin C serum and Hyaluronic Acid Serum. It helps with moisture and even skin tone. Again only use on UNOPENED wounds or you will learn a very "expensive lesson"! After the serums dry completely I used Epi-derm Areopexy silicone sheets. I wear them for entire day until it's time to shower before bed. It helps with scars plus gives you some protection from the sun if you are out and about. But limit direct sunlight in those areas while healing PLEASE PLEASE I beg you. And you're in luck because I don't beg anyone! Lol
So what have we learned today class?? If you don't follow your Dr's loooooong list of instructions and also use chemicals around open scar wounds you will learn what? Say it with me class " I will learn a VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON"! I hope you don't choose to go through all that pain after surgery just to end up with an internal infection or ripped stitches because you are rushing to see magical end results in 2wks or rushing to prove you are Wonder Woman trying to rush back to work! Your surgeon cant say it to you however I can little girl "Sit your fast butt DOWN and heal" or I will spank you! Lol.
Lastly ONLY call your surgeon with concerns. Send pics to their email or schedule an appointment if you have problem areas after surgery. A breast lift is a more complex procedure and requires tighter stitches. So don't freak out after bandages are removed and your breast look like Dr Jekyll just experimented & created Freinkinsten boobs on you. Lol. It won't look pretty but I promise you they will get better at 3 weeks. I always keep my promises!
Have a happy recovery ladies! Tell him Venus & Mars sent ya!

Lol. Thank you so very much for taking the time to help the "class". We appreciate it! I definitely don't want to learn an expensive lesson, I already did with my new twins and can't afford an infection. You are hilarious but the best and thanks for the great sense of humor
Lol. Glad you learned something in class! I hope all goes well love. Muuuaah! I see way too many complaints & pictures of women who do the opposite of what the Dr suggests and post here to ask other surgeons questions about concerns when they should be contacting the person who put them under the knife. But ya know, ya can buy new boobs but not common sense lol.
Thank you. For sure to follow all of your tips. Wish me luck my surgery is next Friday can't wait to heal just like this. Thanks again for the helpful tips you looked amazing
Good luck gurl!!! Be sure to follow your Drs detailed instructions and dont ever be afraid to call the office directly about any follow up concerns. That's what they are there for! Now go ahead and pick out names for your new twins so we can make this a trend! #NameYourBoobs lol

I'm not sure why your Dr would not give you aftercare instructions. That doesn't seem right after such a surgery!
