Im officially 4 months post op today and Im feeling absolutely wonderful im sooo happy with my decision. Im absolutely in love with my results! Even more so after coming back to this post and seeing my before pics! My confidence and selfies are through the roof! My surgeon may not be the most social man but he damn sure knows what he is doing when it comes down to his craft! Im forever grateful! Best 8700.00 I ever spent! I did have to get an anchor lift with my implants, and to anyone second guessing because of scarring trust me when i tell you when you have an amazing surgeon those scars will be minuscule in comparison to the confidence boost when you can literally make any top look good! But anyway I just wanted to update. Im having no complaints so I dont really have any specifics to give but feel free to ask questions.

They look great! I’m still early in recovery at 3.5 weeks but so far so good! Just hoping things start to even out and trying to trust the process!

Thank you so much! And Yesss thats actually what I was going to title this update ,”trust the process”. Dont look so soon because your breast will continue to change over the next few months. Mine are still changing (dropping) and I swear I love them more every week. There was definitely a point at about 3-4 weeks where I felt very unhappy and thought I regretted my decision but that only lasted a few days. I also had a great support system that reminded me that what I was seeing was not the final result! So again I say you’re doing the right thing to trust the process. Happy healing

Wow great results. I believe I need a lift as well. Hubby doesn't want doc to touch my big nipples. Were yours reduced or do they just look smaller. Your before are very similar to mine. Did you notice if your breasts have dropped at all? another thing my husband is concerned about. Your photos make me want to do this even more. My consult isn't until January... Trying not to obsess but its hard when I've wanted to do this for decades! Thanks for sharing.

@mj9499 I think what's most important is if you want your nipples to be a different size or not. If you're getting a lift, they will have to make an incision around your nipples anyway to reposition them appropriately. I would also HIGHLY recommend looking into as many doctors as you can, comparing gallery photos for the specific procedure you want (i.e. don't look at breast augmentation galleries as references when you are getting an augmentation AND lift. Some doctors can do good augmentations, but not lifts), and having more than 1 consultation. I had 3 consultations, but some women have more than that.

@mj Just speaking from experience and having big areolas previously myself, you'd want to make them a tad smaller for a more aesthetically pleasing looking breasts. As you d&f and the nipple placement sets at its proper place, it just looks better overall. I think breasts look smaller and not proportional when it's all areola/nipple. Scroll all the reviews on RS to see other results and do what makes you happy, not anyone else. Good luck.

Hey thats awesome its a good thing to obsess and do as much research as possible. Yes my nipples were slightly reduced due to the lift but nit really a huge difference. Im not sure what you mean by “did my breast drop” they dropped as far as settling into the pocket my dr.created but nothing in a negative way. They feel really natural already. Hope that answered your questions if not im an open book ask away lol. If you’ve been waiting decades I would say DO IT! My only regret was not doing it sooner

Thank you so much and yes! I would recommend mederma its not as expensive as the stuff they offer you and works great. I started treating my scars at 6 weeks and so far Im very happy with the results! I also use bio oil for stretch marks i cant really tell if its working or not because i still did get a couple of light stretch marks on the side of my boobs.

How much was it? I’m trying to get an idea.

You still have more d&f to go. That lower pole should fill out a little more and raise your nipple placement a bit. Happy healing.

Feeling great again

So its been 10 days since the draining of a hematoma in my left breast and thankfully everything went well and im feeling much better! My boobs are looking great, but im still taking it pretty easy. Im able to do more things comfortably including sleep on my side, although I prefer to sleep on my stomach, but my side will do for now. The pain I was feeling has completely subsided and now I just get random sharp pains that last a couple seconds, which ai assume is my nerves reconnecting. Im super happy I went through with the surgery and even more happy with the surgeon I chose!
