Dr. Giles and his Staff are Amazing! 28yo, Breastfeeding Mom of 1, 5’9 170lbs

I had very nice Bs before my daughter. She is over 2 and I am deciding to do this for myself. Breastfeeding her has put me to a D and now weight loss has brought me back to a very deflated B. Time for a change.

I chose Giles because he has a great reputation in my area. His before and afters are all "wish pics" in my opinion. I saw a few other PS and he was by far the most personable! I went for 2, yes two, consultaions with him. Why? Because I went before I made up my mind about getting them. Once I spoke with him after the first consult I knew this was the right choice for me. So the second consult came because I did waaaay to much research and my brain felt scrambled and tbh the first consult I wasn't too prepared with question. Well, poor Giles had to deal with this huge notebook of questions I had. He never once made me feel annoying, because I was haha. He answered EVERY SINGLE question seriously with a splash of humor to lighten the mood. (A lot of my questions were about my fears of dying or the anesthesia because I never have experienced this before) He listened to the type of breast I wanted and when I showed him wish pics was honest about my expectations even telling me some pics weren't what I was describing to him. My husband was at both appointments and had aftercare questions too. Sidenote: My husband is not someone easy to convince about anything he loves my breast now but understands why I want the change. When my anxiety kicks in at home he assures me he is not scared with Giles and that makes me feel so relieved, if he at all doubted ANYTHING about this procedure I would pull out in a heartbeat because my husband is my rock and I trust him over even my own judgement. Giles paid attention to him too and just made us feel welcomed. Then there is his staff. He has a nurse in the room with him who is so sweet and kind. You see Holly after to discuss finances and she is not pushy like others who are just there to take your money and send you out. She touches on personal details, they write in your file, asked questions, and showed me a new before and after pic she was really excited about! She is so soft spoken it makes you feel safe. I truly have loved my experience so far. I have booked a BL and BA for July 24th and although I am nervous because surgery is scary, but I know I couldn't be in better hands. I will post again after my preop.

I took advantage of my pregnancy and gained 50 lbs. Then breastfed for 18 months. I have now lost almost 60 lbs and am in better shape than before baby. However, all the weight gain and loss has left me a deflated B. I can barely make cleavage and look awkward in anything low-cut. So! I am confident with my entire body except my breast and decided to change that!
