Thought I should share a before and after :)
Pictures aren't super clear but a good enough illustration of the improvement.
Scars look almost nonexistent here haha
As you can see, the left one still needs to drop some and still feels harder at the top. Right one is a lot softer. Hope they even out nicely soon!

Trying out my unpadded bra
Officially hit the 3 week mark today!
Loving how my boobs are looking - really looking forward to flaunt them! Wearing my surgical / sportsbra 24/7 (besides showering obviously) but I saw videos on Instagram where girls are cutting out the padding in their old bras; creating lace bralettes.
I asked my surgeon to give me a large D cup, small E / DD. I have those sizes in my drawer from when I was bigger. Although I was never able to fill the bras out nicely #saggy... Well, seems like I can fit my old bras now - woohoo!
So, I went along in this trend on instagram and cut out the padding in one of my bras. NEVER was I able to wear bras without padding, it didn't look good. But damn, now?? I'm so happy how they look!
Wore the bra just for the pictures and now back in the surgical bra lmao.
Any ideas which bras are ideal to avoid sagging? Padded bras have a bad reputation, so I'm doing some Googling on which bras are must haves to support the girls in the long run. Ideally I want them to sit exactly at the height where the right breast currently is.

Little update
I am feeling great :) No discomfort & not really any physical limitations. I can move my arms freely and really don't even notice that I had my boobs done.
I do have to remind myself not to lift anything heavy, cause I tend to pick up whatever I usually would. Still sleeping on my back (luckily not elevated, that wasn't enjoyable at all) and not sure when I can sleep on my side again (3 or 4 weeks?). But I'll try to sleep on my back standard & sometimes 'treat myself' to sleeping on my side lol.
Boobs are starting to settle already. The right one really seems to be where it should be, so I actually hope that one doesn't drop more. Leftie is taking it's time to drop but it's okay. I like how they look & they're starting to feel softer by the day.
Made the mistake on intimacy level though... I was intimate with my partner the other day and his body weight was on top of mine (instead of avoiding to touch them like we did at first). I felt a bit guilty & paranoid afterwards! So scared my this caused my implants to be displaced. I was feeling my boobs & started to freak out that it seemed like the right one was bottoming. This is just me being dramatic. Don't think this had any consequences but will definitely be careful now.
I'm wearing surgical bandages on my incisions (as you can see on my previous post) to keep the scars flat. Supposed to change them weekly but after I look them off last night to change them, I ripped off a scab leaving a little hole in my areola incision :/ I emailed my surgeon about it & he told me not to worry, just disinfect. But not eager to change them again... Want to avoid infections or additional scarring.
Overall the incisions are looking well!
