3 months + Post
Over 3 months later this is what it's looking like. I feel like my drop and fluff process is taking much longer than what I see for others, especially the left side is still pretty high. The nurse at my last post op showed me some different massages to do to help it to drop into the pocket.
Any type of chest flexion I do moves the implants up visibly. Even opening a jar or juicing a lemon causes a wierd sensation. I've gone back to my regular yoga and pilates workouts and I can feel some muscle soreness in the chest area after the workout. It sometimes bothers a good amount that I need to put on a compression bra.
Overall it's looking bigger than I wanted, I still for into all my old bras so it doesn't seem like I went up a bra size. The projection forward is very prominent though because its a high profile implant, but the surgeon said it will go down more.
I read that sometimes patient size and implant size can cause the drop and fluff to take longer as well as me being partly asian I have heard sometimes the skin can be thicker and also cause the process to take longer... so im hoping with patience things will eventually look better. Another thing to keep in mind is that since I also had a lift, I read somewhere that a lifted breast augmentation will never look as good as one that just had an implant. I can see my left side looks visibly crooked, i'm not sure if this was already the case before the lift or if healing still needed but it looks quite wierd to me.
I don't know if this review will ever help anyone; it's pretty specific and niche.
My next update won't be until 6 months when I should start seeing final results.

8 weeks later
It's been a little more than 8 weeks post op. Some pix of how it's looking so far. I still have some muscle tightness but I've started working out with a bit of weight as I was cleared to do so.
I feel like they still look so high and rounded at the top. Sometimes the size seems like it might be fine, but other times it seems it might be too big and not the look I was hoping for. I do hope the top doesn't look so rounded. Tried on some bathing suits. Also included a pic of how the incisions look, I have scar tape on them.

1 month post-op
It's been 4 weeks plus a few days since my.aurgwry. I had my 1 month follow-up appt earlier this week. All tapes were removed and I'm cleared to wear normal bras and start working out again. Also was given the ok to start scar treatment. Still feel a little pain around incisions and I've bought some comfier wireless bras to wear and sleep in instead of the surgical bras. So happy not to have to wear the bra band anymore! Side view still looks super swollen and high... but i was told it will go down.
