14 days post op
Officially 2 weeks after surgery day. It seems like the boobs get a little better each day, they are looking more like boobs now from the front view , I still feel a good amount of tightness though, especially in the left one. Incisions underneath hurt and burn once in a while. For the past few days I haven't been able to take a deep breath because feel a pressing pain in my chest. It has been subsiding though, but still feel alotnof pressure when I try to breath deep. Bruising is taking kind of long to go away and I feel tingling in the NAC area sometimes it's numb, sometimes I can feel a little. Also noticing my.lwft side is bruising on top and I feel pain underneath on my ribs like it's bruises but I don't see anything. Over all I feel OK, but it seems like my healing is slow compared to others :( . Most girl's I see posting , thier boobs already look pretty normal after 10- 14 days but mine still look swollen on top, especially from the side view. I also have somemissues with lifting my arms , I feel alot of tightness. Hoping it started getting better soon as I'm already passing the 2 week mark and I still can't comfortably raise my arms above my head.
I tried on some of my favorite dresses to see how they fit. Still still well, I was they might look too revealing or not button properly, but I'm pleased to see they still fit - this was my biggest worry as these are my most loved dresses to wear in summer.

Day 6 - Post op - was most difficult day so far
Recovery has been pretty ok. At my 1 day post op I was put into a surgical bra and have to wear a bra band 24/7 for 4 weeks... I get pain here and there. I'm off the muscle relaxer since Day 3 and only took Tylenol extra strength, I did not feel enough pain to take the oxy I was prescribed . Once I got off the muscle relaxer I started feeling much more normal amd constipation resolved within a day. I have alot of bruising on my body that appearing randomly but doesn't hurt. When I called the surgeon's office they asked to see me , so I went in yesterday to get looked at and he made sure everything was OK. He told me that's it's because I'm so tiny lol and it's just draining like it should be. He also told me to drink pineapple juice and take arnica to help with swelling and inflammation.
Today in the morning I got some boob sadness and was upset because I just look so ugly and the boobs look much bigger than what i was expecting, i hope they look smaller once they soften, settle and swelling goes down. I was having some pain in my left side too, on top of that I had to miss my friend's birthday celebration today. So I started crying and saying shouldn't have done this to myself. Feeling a little better now. My husband kept reassuring me and says I need time to heal and he thinks they will look good and cute. The surgeon and the nurses also kept telling me that they looked so good in the operating room and will settle beautifully, so I need to be patient and trust the process I hope.

Day 1 - Post-op
I had my surgery yesterday in the morning. The surgery lasted about 3 hours and I was in recovery for 2 hours for some reason.
Once I got home remember going strait to sleep, and slept most of the day. I had breakfast and a light snack somewhere in between naps. Went to my post appointment today and saw my boob's fully uncovered for the first time. I've heard everyone say they look really bad at first and they were not kidding, they seriously look horrible, hard and square and very swollen. I'm very swollen right now my body is swollen my normally flat tummy is sticking out and swollen as well. Not sure how long it takes for swelling to go down. I guess we shall see.
