Finally have bandages off and wearing this post surgery bra. The doctor dropped the breast fold line so this bra and band helps move that line. They are so so swollen and kinda hurt just from that. I started drinking more water to try to help with that. I also seem to have a rash from the tape. I’m wishing for both the rash and he swelling to reduce more before I have to go back to work in 5days.

1 Day Post-Op
I went to the clinic today for a dressing change and I met the doctor again. This was my first time to see my new breasts because they were already wrapped up before I woke up from surgery. I was so surprised! They were big and pointing upwards despite laying back in the chair. Much bigger than they were before, but I know part is swelling. The incisions are small and not as ugly as I feared. I was worried I would be repulsed by the wound but it's not that bad.
I'm not in much pain, just aching and the occasional weird feeling. Of course my implants are over the muscle which helps with that. I am tired though, so I'm glad to have two weeks off of work to recover.

Crescent Lift with Silicone Implants
I thought I could add more details to my original post, but it turns out you can't. Oops!
This is my update three days after my surgery. I got a crescent lift with implants to correct my sagging and uneven breasts. This is something I have been unhappy with for a long time, my breasts have always been different sized. After losing weight they were also sagging. I have been working out and I looked good, except for my breasts. So, finally I just decided to go for it. I have been living in Korea where surgery is less taboo compared to my hometown, so finally I got the courage to just try it.
There are so many clinics here in Seoul, it can be hard to choose. The really famous ones are quite expensive, as much as back home, so I avoided them. I was looking for a clinic that focused on local patients. I also needed to find a doctor who had experience with lifts. I'm not just a flat chested girl who wanted implants, I had quite a few problems to correct. I did a consultation with April 31 because they advertised lifting. Dr. JaeWoo Kim described how he would correct my problems with my breasts, he would give the slight lift I needed with a crescent incision, raise my right nipple to match the position of my left, drop the left breast slightly, and even out the size with different volumes of implants. I was quite impressed and I booked my surgery the next day!
I was a bit worried before the surgery because the whole month before I was sick with colds and sinus infections, I spent the whole month trying to be healthy enough for my surgery. It sucked staying home so much but I was in good condition by the surgery date.
On Monday I went in for surgery. I was more nervous than I expected, despite having had lipo before. But of course once you get prepped then you’re out until it’s all over. I woke up about 3pm ish and was allowed to go home by 6pm. The doctor told me it went well. I didn’t bleed much so I didn’t get a drain. There were no problems and I got an average of 300cc in each breast. He used Bellagel Micro textured Medium Projection silicone implants. I have full Cs now. I was hoping for Ds but the doctor said C fit me better so I’ll have to trust him.
Pain on the first day was not much, more like the ache you get after a really intense workout.
