After ten years dreaming about fixing my breasts I’m finally booked in for surgery with Dr. James Murphy! I’ve added some pictures of the 3D machine that was used to give me an approximate end result. They look great to me so I’m hoping the end result is similar!

No upper pole fullness what so ever. One breast is larger and the nipple is pointing down. I’m hoping got an nice rounded shape with a full upper pole and matching smaller areolae. Fingers crossed!

Day of treatment
Surgery complete!

Today I have completed my surgery at Spire Manchester with Dr Murphy. I won’t know the final results until I have had my dressings removed, but so far I feel pleased. I have attached some photos of my markings before and a couple of very early after pictures (they are still so swollen and I have been told not to worry about the under armpit shape). I have to say I’m so happy with the care I have received here. Every staff member I have interacted with has been so lovely! Above and Beyond.
