I feel as though my Boobs are too big. I wish they were smaller and perkier. I mean i feel like they look okay in a sports bra. When I wear real bras or a bathing suit top they seem too big. Before augmentation and lift I’ve always had “big boobs”. I was a 32 D/DD. Now I’m measuring at a 32 DDD. This makes it almost impossible to find bras or swim tops that fit, since I have a small rib cage but giant boobs. If i move up to a 34 DD it is too lose around my rib cage. It’s like i need a small sports bra for around my torso but a medium to large around my breast. Basically impossible to find. So now I kind of look like a [RS bleep] star at the pool :( . Ugh. I want t be happy but I do wish i went with a smaller implant. It’s like i almost wish i had a breast reduction then and implant put in if that makes sense. I feel like I still have no upper pole fullness like i wanted. I like what they look like when I’m naked. With clothes on it’s a different story.... I will post some pictures.

Hi! I think you look fantastic. You have excellent results. Your PS did an outstanding job. You will figure out the bra/swim issue. It takes some exploring to find a brand that fits you correctly, and comfortably. You look beautiful in your clothes, and out of them. Enjoy them,,,,,,trust me, you look beautiful. Happy Healing!

Hi there, you do have the results many of the women here strive for. That aside I understand that size is a personal decision; and it’s how you feel about your size that counts the most. Just curious have you discussed this matter with your PS? If not I strongly encourage you to do so. I’ve read that women that feel they’ve gone too large are often less inclined to complain or speak about it their PS compared to women that feel they’ve gone too small. For one they’re often told to give it time for the swelling to go down. Secondly they often blame themselves. I know this all too well having gone too large in a prior augmentation... and eventually downsizing. In any case do know that you’re not “stuck” especially this early on. I’ve read the best time to downsize size is around six months postop before the implant pocket has completely formed. I’ve also read that reducing your implant by 75 to 100cc usually does not require a change in the implant pocket size making it a very simple procedure. Of course these are matters for you to discuss with your PS. For other opinions you may want to post your concerns/questions in the doctors Q&A here. Good luck and wishing you the best! :-)

Try the Anita Rosa Faia “Twin” underwire bra, it gives a very natural/minimized look under clothes. And those ‘high neck swim tops, help too.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience—it really helps to hear from someone who’s been through it. I think your results are beautiful, but I completely understand your feelings, as this is one of my biggest concerns about moving forward myself. I’ve actually been considering this doctor since he’s in my area, so I’m curious: how did you land on the size you chose? Did he have you try on implant sizers under a shirt or show you any kind of imaging to help you visualize what a certain number of cc would look like on your frame? I’m trying to get a sense of how the decision-making process works so I can avoid going too large—but also not end up wishing I had gone bigger. Thanks again for being so open!

My right breast has dropped. My left one is sitting higher than my right and is larger. It is driving me bonkers. They look better in a sports bra because the bra compresses the left breast down. My left is also still spasming. It gets tender by the end of the day and i have to support it with my hand when bending over to pick up things. Other than that recovery has been pretty easy.
I hate how when i try to wear a bra other than a sports bra they looks so uneven. It is effecting me emotionally. You can’t wear a sports bra all the time. It shows out of some of my shirts.
I’m also getting a little bit of a squared look on my left breast. Let me know what you think!

Do you have any updated pictures? Has your other breast dropped? I’m in the same boat and I’m praying it drops soon

I’m three weeks post op. I got my stitches out at two weeks. Everything has been healing great. My morning boob is not as painful. Things are starting to feel normal and more apart of me.
I did have a weird moment when i rolled over in bed and felt something pop. I thought a seem of my scar popped. I think i did a little. I posted a picture you will see it. I cleaned it up with hydrogen peroxide and some neosporine. It doesn’t hurt but I’m keeping an eye on it and keeping it clean.
I did have a little boob blues this week. Where I feel like they are too big. I wish they were smaller. I’m still a little swollen but I fit into all my old D/DD bras. I’m just a very FULL D. If i don’t wear something super fitted I Fell fat. I’m sure I’m in my head but wanted to be honest with what I’m going through.

I really like your results , but understand if you feel like they are a bit big. Although as you describe it matches your height. I’m getting my implants and lift re-done next week for a smaller and high profile one . Thanks for your review
