WORTH IT
This doctor is absolutely phenomenal and an artist. I got a breast lift with implants with the galatea surgical mesh. I am only 2 weeks post op and already cannot see my vertical scar unless i look very closely. I got 375cc SRX and my breasts have absolutely transformed. I knew I needed a lift so i spent a year researching doctors but finding one that was a master at a breast lift was difficult.. until I found Dr. Nguyen. He knew exactly what i wanted and gave me his best professional opinion based on my goals. I lost weight about 7 yrs ago and my double ds dropped and sagged into a 1/3 of a C cup and he completely lifted and filled my breast. So happy with my results and the care i recieved from the nurse, anesthesiologist and staff and especially Dr. Nguyen. So happy with my results so far!!! Thank you Dr. Nguyen and the whole team for giving my my dream boobies!! I am forever grateful.

They look absolutely beautiful! I am a similar case to you where I lost ~130 lbs around 12 years ago and my breasts deflated. I had a consult with my plastic surgeon in New York the other day she recommended a lift, the mesh, and implants as well. Can I ask you how much your total procedure cost? Also, do you feel the mesh in the bottom? Thanks so much for your help and insight-- and happy recovery!

Hi! Thank you so much!! And the total cost for my procedure was around $16,500! And no I cannot feel the mesh, although I will say the mesh (from what I understood and how my doctor explained what he did) is sewn to my chest muscle, therefore, when the “tightness” of the implants in your chest begins to loosen and feel more normal, I definitely felt the soreness underneath my breast from the mesh being sewn in. It gets better by the day and is not anything unmanageable but recovery with internal bra is slower due to tissue healing not just incision healing. I was advised not to touch any weights in the gym for 10 weeks to ensure proper internal tissue healing. Which is way longer than it would be with a regular breast aug! but they will sit up beautifully for so long, and they sit up as if im wearing a bra with out one on!!! Good luck to you :)

I too lift weights and wouldn't have thought it would have made that much of a difference in recovery time, but it makes perfect sense the way you describe it. I'm glad the pain is getting better by the day and they look absolutely perfect. It is likely worth the extra recovery time given the long term benefits. I appreciate all of your help and insight & I hope that the pain continues to subside! :-)

There's a well known PS in FL that does internal bras and his patient have a lot of painful issues with that. It's sewn to your rib cage and is hard to remove later when work is needed. I've read that in quite a few reviews. I hope you continue to heal and not have complications months later. Good luck!

So my doctor recommended the mesh because i had extremely weak breast tissue that would drop later on if i had gotten a lift with implants on its own. my breast skin was extremely stretchy and my doctor recommended it to hold my breasts up longer since i am only 24. havent noticed any significant pain or complications and feeling more normal by the day! thank you :)

Yes i had a full lift (anchor lift)and implants along with the galatea mesh(internal bra). The lift scars are nearly invisble. I paid $16,500.

The before doesnt show the level of sagging i had but it was well below my inframammary fold. my breasts were deflated and the skin was stretchy and wrinkly on the upper pole after years of lifting weights. I used to be a double D when i was fatter and as soon as i got lean and lost weight, they completely dropped and deflated. Dr. Nguyen gave me the round, perky and full breasts i wanted.

This is what my lift scar was looking like 12 days post op. healing so nicely and so tiny and faint! i cant believe how light it is. I trult believe all my pre and post op vitamins that Dr. Nguyen supplied me with for proper wound and tissue healing helped my scar heal so nicely. Ignore the cicalfate cream around. Do not be afraid of a breast lift scar!
