Enjoying Results, Hoping to Upgrade in a Few Years

2 years finally! It definitely feels like the first year is FULLY healing and getting used to the implants, and the 2 year is your real first year. Overall, I’m very happy with my results. Sometimes I get very used to my appearance & comparative and find all the issues with myself while I admire others, but my before & after still blows me away and my Dr was fantastic. I have already been considering a revision in the next few years to size up to my intended size, still very glad I started smaller than going straight to the goal size. I do find aesthetic unhappiness with my left side scar on the bottom as the incision reopened after hearing about 2 months after my surgery-although the fact that the body is able to heal itself like that is incredible! I try to keep that in mind. I’ve looked into scar revision and laser treatments & will probably do that soon.

6 Months!
Passed 6 months! Overall I am happy with my implants and lift, trouble with healing be damned. Even though the slower healing area on/under my left breast left a larger, bright scar I’ve been continuing with my same care routine as previously posted and things seem to be lightening. I still do daily massages, I think Bio Oil and I think that’s been important for Mind & Body connection to my aesthetic additions. Sometimes I get caught up in the little differences, but as I continue to pay attention to Post-Op pictures I see NONE of them are perfect and even and flawless! That’s just not how bodies work. Have to remind myself of it often :)

They look amazing!! I’m 3 weeks post op, do you feel like the implants fluffed up and appear slightly larger after they settled? Interested to see how much mine change, I feel like their filling out a bit more than week 1 but this may be in my head lol
Totally filled out more!! As soon as the muscle started to stretch and relax over the implant the projection really showed. I’d say it was at least 6-8 weeks before the swelling went down before I was like “oh yeah I really do have implants now!”

Recent Photos and Scar Care
Finding myself over analyzing the differences between breasts BUT they weren’t ever even to begin with! The left feels not as “fluffed” as the right, but is dropping more. I’m sleeping in a Marena bra nightly, applying either the scar gel given to me by Skin Medica or a .5% retinol cream (alternating) and wearing silicone tape every other night. The knot of tissue under my left breast is still tough, and I hate looking at it but overall the scarring is much less red and silver-y in a few spots :)
