My Breast Are Awful. If I Could Rate 0 I Would

So I'm not here to bash anyone but to talk about my awful experience with Avana plastic surgery and Dr Moradian. I was in need of a breast lift with implants (for projection, upper pole fullness) I was initially a big C SMALL D cup. I requested small but purky boobs possibly a large B small C cup as I was initially bigger chested. The beginning was so smooth the phone consult and payment until I arrived for my pre op the day before surgery. I should of visited this zoo before sending them my money. It was in the middle of the pandemic and all borders were closed I would of went to DR from the jump as I'm familiar with many doctors there. I was out of work for a year and thought it'll be a perfect time for surgery as I wouldn't need to request time off from work and heal at home. The day of pre op they schedule all patients at the same time and the wait is hours long I mean like 4 and above hours long just to see the doctor for about 20 minutes. He talked me out of implants because he said I had enough tissue to mold but it's known that breast with no implant will sag quickly obviously because of gravity. I agreed because I trusted his word. I left and made a few calls and decided about an hour later that I will proceed with the implants for the look I desired. My surgery was postponed an extra day because the implants wouldn't be delivered by the next day. Skipping to the day of surgery they convinced me that I would be the first patient seen and to be the at clinic at 5am. Due to covid my husband couldn't be with me and had to wait in the car. We trusted the coordinator's word that I would be out super early as its only about 3 hour surgery. I didn't end up going into surgery till noon. I got up at 4ish and walked out through the back door near the trash containers. When I felt my breast one was always higher than the other. they felt so different. My right breast even felt all the way up to my clavicle. I told him my concerns during post op a week and a half after and he just said they will drop and even out. Once I was completely healed I began to notice the extra sagging. They look and feel awful. I called them about 4 months post op to see if I could possibly get a revision as they are way too big and noticeably he didn't cut enough skin. He clearly didn't cut any skin only repositioned my nipple higher. The doctor was out for months. Until he came back in March he called me and stated I could get the implants removed and the skin tightened but never told me on the call I wouldn't be approved for a revision. He basically decided after hanging up with me that I would be a completely new procedure. He had the post op coordinator deliver the dirty message that I would need to pay 6k more which is even more than WHAT I paid the first time for a shitty job he did. He didn't take my needs seriously. They only want your money the office is so unorganized and now I understand why surgery coordinators call Miami the wild wild west for plastic surgery. I would never recommend Avana plastic surgery OR Dr Moradian not one bit. They are just about taking your money and not customer satisfaction. Before giving this zoo a pennie more Im scheduled with an amazing breast doctor I would recommend 1000 % to fix Dr. Moradian's [RS bleep] up. don't waste your money girls!!!
