Mom of 3 rambunctious boys needing new boobs. Breastfed all 3 and they literally sucked the life out of my tatas. My big day will be 8/29 with Dr. Richard H. Lee. Pre-op date is 8/21 so I will be choosing the sizing etc. I kind of have in mind 400cc moderate plus profile. Let's see what the doctor will recommend. Currently a 34C and wanting to be a D.

Good luck, mama!! I just had surgery today and got a lift with 300cc moderate profile implants. Look forward to seeing how things go for you!

Thank you! How were you able to decide which profile you wanted? My doc was recommending 450cc hp but I feel like that'll be so big.

Did your doctor have you try on sizers? That's what helped me the most to get an idea. I told all the doctors I went into consults with that I wanted to look pretty much the same as I do now with a really padded bra on, but without the bra and obviously more upper fullness. I'm probably a B cut now and didn't want to be bigger than a C. I guess I'll find out tomorrow how they look when he takes off my bandage but so far I'm happy with what they seem to be. I was so worried they'd be too big, so that's one thing I reiterated over and over. But trying on sizers really helped!

I'm just seeing that you'll probably be able to choose size at your pre-OP so that's good! I traveled from out of state so I tried on sizers at all of my consultations. Didnt really have a pre-OP I guess!

Sounds great, I am in surgery week before you 21/8 and having same procedure....I'm 47, 5"3, 68kgs, deflated C and having 460cc HP implant with lift!! Will be great to see your results too!!!

Just came back from my pre-op. After trying on a few implants, i narrowed it down to 400/425 hp mentor silicone. The final decision of which implant will be Dr. Lee’s pick the day of the surgery after he uses the sizers. Dr. Lee also recommended the mesh to help my breast hold the implant in place. He said my breast tissue is pretty soft and my skin isn’t as strong so to prevent the implant from sagging outwards later on, that I consider the mesh support. I completely agreed with him. So I paid the additional $600 for the mesh. I believe that is the actual cost of it and there wasn’t any additional surgical fees etc to have it done. Now that the day is drawing net, I’m starting to feel more nervous then excited. I’m hoping everything goes smoothly. Will update soon!

Just came home from the surgery. OMG I feel like I just got hit by a truck. The pain was so much worse for me then labor. I’ve already peeked down my bandages and can see the cleavage. That’s the best pic I can take right now. The operation took about 3hrs 45mins. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the Newport surgery center. Will update soon!
