Really Bad Experience and Results

I am sharing my experience in hopes of getting clarity and a proper resolution.

I had breast surgery with Dr. Manny at New Life Plastic Surgery about 7 months ago. Within a relatively short time, I started noticing issues with my results. During follow-up, Dr. Manny explained that the problem is related to weak tissue and the weight of the implants, and that a revision procedure would likely be necessary.

However, despite this assessment, I have not received a clear treatment plan. Instead, I have been repeatedly offered larger implants, which is not aligned with my goals or with the initial explanation of the issue.

The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. I have been trying for over three months to get a direct answer regarding next steps, including whether this revision would be covered under any guarantee, but I have not received a concrete response.

At this point, I am simply asking for transparency, a clear plan, and accountability. It is very concerning to be dealing with this situation only 7 months after surgery without proper follow-up or resolution.

I hope this helps other patients make informed decisions and encourages the clinic to address cases like mine more responsibly.
