I've had a previous journey last year in May with Dr. Rami Ghurani for a BBL @ Spectrum Aesthetics in Miami, FL. My BBL procedure was a success and I still feel better than ever after a whole year. I'm now back with anew journey for my breasts. I will be getting Saline implants as well as a breast lift on 2-27-2018. My deposit is already paid for and now I'm just waiting for the procedure. Follow me during my journey ladies! ????????????????

Wishing you the best with your upcoming surgery! Have you decided what type/size implants you’re going to get? Any other details you have to share would be interesting to know.

Thank you hunny! I'm considering going with a full D cup. That is my ultimate wish and as anyone, I'm extremely nervous to get it done. It just looks so painful and I hope it's not as bad as my BBL.

I found a few wish pics. All of the models breasts are perfect enough for my liking and the structure and definition of the implants is what I'm looking to get. I honestly want a full D cup.

Hi, I think wish pics are always good to use. If you don’t mind my two cents on the subject: (imho) I think it’s more realistic to use a wish pics from breast lift patients rather than pics of a 20-year-old model that’s never had a breast lift. I used wish pics from my own PS’s portfolio; they were of two of his own breast lift patients. I figured if he could make them look like that he could do the same for me. LOL. My humble opinion also is if you can’t find a pic in a PS’s portfolio that you like then the chances are you may not get the results you want from that particular PS. Just my humble opinion.

I also think it’s important to discuss breast shape/ratio (ie 45:55, 50:50) and areola size (i.e 38mm, 42mm) with your PS. If you don’t know what the above ratios mean google “45:55 breast shape” to find interesting articles and studies on the subject. You don’t necessarily have to agree with the findings but it’s a good way to do research. The more info you can give to your PS regarding what you want (using scientific terminology and ratios) the better chances you will get the results you want, imo. Good luck.

Hi!! It looks like you are 3 months pre op. How exciting!! Make sure you use wish pictures that are the size, and body type that you are, so you can get an idea of your results. Also make sure you look at a portfolio of your doctors work. Or stalk his work online. LOL! And yes, talk to the doctor about details. Like cleavage, or areola size. Do you know if you are getting silicone or saline? How many CC's are you discussing with your doctor? Im 10 months post op. Super great experience. Really,,one of the best things I've ever done for myself. It is an amazing surgery!!! I look forward to following your journey. Take care!!! :)

Sorry dolls!! I been so busy working and preparing for my surgery, I never had any time to do updates but yes, I had my surgery two days ago on 2-27-2018 and instead I went with silicone implants. I’ve only taken one picture so far because I’m super swollen at the moment but I promise to keep updating as they heal and settle.

Thanks chica, I certainly hope so because I do a full face for work everyday lol. I've already decided that I'll get my hair braided so st least I won't have to worry about that.

In case you weren’t aware you can edit the title of your review to add more info or make changes (i.e. silicone, implant type/size, etc) if you want. I just thought you may want to know this since you have “saline” in your review title but decided to go with silicone. Look for the edit button near above on the side right of your current title. Happy healing! :-)
