Going back to the BEST!

After having an AMAZING experience with my tummy tuck, I am going back to Dr. Messa for my breasts! Surgery is only two days away and I didn't share my TT journey with you guys.. so I have decided to share this one. I am going to do a "donut" lift with saline implants. I want a natural look and I was afraid of doing a lift at all, but I trust Dr. Messa with every ounce of my being. I LOVE my plastic surgeon and I'm ready for Tuesday!

Surgery was this morning!!!! Ahhh it went so well. It was at 7AM when they brought me back and it's 2:30 pm now. I've taken one Percocet and one flexeril (muscle relaxer) so far. After I woke up, I declined the pain meds and the nurse was like "Wow! The patients are usually in tears at this time!" I think I have a high pain tolerance.
Dr. Messa went back over my tummy tuck scar (long one and belly button) to inject some steroid because certain spots were getting hypertrophic.
I can't take off the binder thing until my appointment tomorrow but I am so excited to see.
I can NOT say enough about how AMAZING my whole experience has been with Dr Messa and his staff. I seriously don't think any other surgical team compares. I love how his OR is big and clean and right in the office. I love the nurses. Dr Cohen was my anesthesiologist this time and I LOVED him- so professional but down to earth at the same time. And of course I love Dr Messa. I am so happy!! Will post updates tomorrow after or during the postop appointment!

Today they took off the bandages and I almost fell down when I saw how HUGE they were! The nurse told me before she took them off that they were going to be HUGE and HIGH but that's not the permanent look! I gotta keep telling myself that. I hope the swelling goes down and they even out sooner than later. I'm constantly icing them.
