Age 57, 5ft 5, 146lbs - 350cc, silicone, under the muscle

I'm 57, 5 ft 5 and 146 lbs.
I've been busty my entire life and knew it was inevitable that my boobs would never stay full. I am 18 days post op and feel good. Not weak and less pain now. I got 350 cc silicone under the muscle and the surgeon removed some stretched out skin on both breasts.

My breasts are a little pink and itchy from dry skin but it's normal for the healing process. They're starting to look better too. I'm feeling stronger. Drove a little today..still sore when turning the wheel but I'm so happy I finally got the surgery.

I am very happy with my results. I do have some hypertrophic scars underneath breast crease but they will hopefully go away with the silicone scar pads. Dr Spiro and staff were exceptional and answered all of my questions and concerns.
