42, 5’2”, 104lbs, 4 kids, 345cc implant/lift - super swollen but happy

Thought I would post a little update.
I am now 4 weeks post op.
Everything feels so good. My lift scars are almost invisible. My implant scars are placed really well in the fold.
I have been back to the gym doing lower body only last week, and started some light laterals, biceps and triceps yesterday. (Supervised by a coach. I didn’t just go do it!!) It felt so good to start back.

I am 6 days post op and still really bruised. And feel super swollen but happy with my results so far.
After nursing all 4 of my children I was left with very little volume. After I started at the gym a few years ago, what was left disappeared completely and I was left with two bags of skin hanging off my chest. I just wanted to feel feminine again!
I had a great experience with Dr. Adifar and staff. I felt comfortable and cared for. My only word of caution is the he speaks very quickly. For someone like me who takes a minute to process, having someone else in with me on the consultation would have been helpful. I totally get COVID is still a thing. But I need a second set of ears.
Right now I am really bruised. And they look super awkward. But I know that they will take some time to drop a bit. I am certain there is a ton of swelling as well. I know a few people who have bigger implants then me and right now I look way bigger then them.
My implant incision is not painful at all. The one from the lift around my nipple is sore. And I have a burning sensation once in a while. But it doesn’t last long.
