Breast before lift and augmentation

$9,000
My breast were dense and uneven my nipples were inverted. I pierced my nipples to pull my nipples out but it really only helped the one nipple I hated the way they looked I just wanted them even again with my nipples not inverted

Just came across your review and wanted to see how you were getting on now. Sounds like quite an ordeal you've gone through. Wanted to say that fear not on the nipple front. My friend had breast reconstruction surgery after cancer and lost her nipple. They manage to construct a new one by twisting the skin into a nub and then she had both her nipples tattooed! They look incredible now! You'd never know! You have great shape in your breasts from what I can see - decent fullness! I think you can still have the breasts you dream of! Hope you're healing well!

Pics from the beginning

When I first noticed a problem after the 1st week post op appointment. This is when my dreams turned to a nightmare I was freaking out and am still freaking out. Please ladies don't listen to ur drs if they say there is nothing wrong, mine tried to tell me it was a blister or dried blood and it was necrosis do your research get second opinions just so you can make sure to stop it as soon as possible

Do you have any idea what could have cause this? Was it possibly due to smoking or even second hand smoking?
I don't smoke and there is no smoking allowed in my home or vehicles. I believe it was due to the previous trauma to my nipples from the previous 4 surgeries to remove my milk ducts and lumpectomies

3 months Postop healing from partial nipple necrosis in left breast and trying to figure out why my stitches won't dissolve in r

This journey has been a roller coaster and honestly flying off the tracks more times then not. The not knowing whats really happening and what the end results will be being the worst part of it all. The necrosis on the left and the stitches not dissolving on the right causing holes I have no idea what and why this is happening. I feel like my breasts should be up higher for me having a lift? I don't understand why they are so far apart? The top of both breast feel hard and I don't know why or if its normal? The necrosis is healing I think but of course slowly and I still have yet to see the dr since the 1st month I have no clue what will happen and what is next.
