Asked for 700 cc and they put in 475cc

I had been speaking to a surgeon for around 18 months as I couldn’t get to Istanbul due to Covid, I already knew people who had surgery done with them and everything was fine! Anyway long story short the day of my surgery came around and after nearly 24 hrs nil by mouth the surgeon came to do the drawing/measurements on my sagging, stretch marked boob’s! I fainted in his arms and he assured me that he would just finish the measurements then come and show me different implants? An hr or so later I was put onto the surgery bed in my gown and I was saying “is the surgeon coming “ I was crying as a nurse started doing my blood pressure and next minute I woke up having the tube pulled out of my throat!! I went in with a c/d cup depending on the bra and previously asked for 700 cc they put in 475cc and said they couldn’t go bigger!! I had that much extra skin I could’ve put dolly partons in, now 1 week later they’ve said if I come back I can go bigger!!! My partner always said buy cheap buy twice .
