So I am nearly 4 weeks after breast lift&implants

WORTH IT$10,884
Hi everyone. So nearly 4 weeks since I had a breast lift with 430cc round hp overs implants. I don’t get why no one mentions the pain and the tightness of the implants moving into position (dropping and fluffing). It mustn’t happen to that many people maybe but WOW it’s so painful, it’s debilitating all day everyday! They have been rock hard like they are going to explode with engorgement feelings constantly!!! Like only now 4 weeks after am I starting to feel that pain subsiding (engorgement feeling!). I still can’t do my own hair (feels like the implant is restricting my muscle (overs). The scars are still scary as hell with loose skin hanging underneath them (the nipple scars are covered with tape which I have to keep on but underneath that they seem crusty and hard so I hope they are ok) Back to see surgeon in 2 weeks. The actual implants are softening up now when prodded, they have moved slightly and are looking better but they still look like 2 stuck on footballs which don’t bounce at all! I have full sensitivity back in both nipples which is brilliant. I just want the time to pass so I can hope they turn out good! I seen a lady on here the other day who had 485cc hp implants, but hers were unders (mine were 430cc overs as I had enough breast tissue to cover the implant surgeon said), anyway she did a video at 11 weeks and oh my word they were perfect! She was squishing them and they were like natural boobs they were honestly amazing. I just can’t imagine that happening for me but we’ll see. I will post pics when I am ready or if I do see a significant improvement, at the moment I just can’t face it. I hope it works out for me. My recovery has been tough. I have a few ripples at the bottom of one implant as well that I am worrying about, but I am so hoping it’s just marks from the surgical bra which is extremely tight (can’t wait to stop wearing it). Pray for me girls.

Hang in there! You can do this!

From what I've read (haven't pulled the trigger...yet), the psychological recovery of BL/BA can be as difficult as the physical recovery. Keep holding out hope! Looking forward to your next post.
I'm so sorry to hear this! Have you started the "breast massage" yet? I'm 15 days out and mine are also still quite hard, but I was told to start the massage today and that is supposed to help?

18 days post op feeling like this was a mistake

Hi. I don’t even know if people are reading this but thought I’d keep documenting as I don’t think there are enough stories when I was researching. I feel like utter shit! My boobs look HORRIFIC LIKE HORRIFIC FRANKENSTEIN BOOBS, I can’t post a picture they are just to awful! And the scars they are just as bad, bits of skin hanging from them underneath the incision line down on to my rib cage. I have never seen a story like this, everyone seems to have the swelling gone by now and having some progress, even a day or 2 later people look ok but almost 3 weeks later mine are horrendous! I am scared! They wasn’t that bad before in a bra after 4 babies why didn’t I just leave them. I honestly fine hold out much hope!!! :(
The engorgement pain is soooo bad they are rock solid no movement what so ever, they sit really low as well on the rib cage and I had a lift!!!! I’m proper stressing it’s all gone wrong for me!

16 days past lift and 430cc round overs hp

So I am 16 days past surgery. I am doing what I promised I wouldn’t do at this super early stage and that is freaking out ha! My implants haven’t dropped at all, they are rock hard hurt like hell (serious engorged feeling 24/7 like when you breastfeed it hurts so bad!)
Nurse said all is ok as it’s only 2 weeks but she did seem a little concerned why that are still sitting there high like rocks, said I need to wear the surgical bra only over that top area now to try and push the implant down. I honestly look like Frankenstein boobs, I am a little worried but we’ll see.
