Hello practical I don't get any back pain.. mine are 300 which for my frame is perfect.. if you go bigger than your body can handle then I guess that could happen.. I'm 58.5kg and 154cm tall.. hope that helps. Dr k is very caring xx

Hi practical I knew what I wanted as my previous ones were low profile so I got high profile cohesive silicon .. however he does give you options if you ask .. cohesive are the best they don't leak if ruptured .. mine are behind the muscle too.. not many do them in front these days but you can do half ..Hope this helps and I wish you all the best.. you're in good hands with him wait till you see the theatre room it's immaculate and the stay rooms are like a little hotel room toilets have adjustable heating.. bed is ok.. food not the best xx :-) butt bearable xx

Thanks, Helen! I want cohesive silicon as well, for the placement of the implant and the size I dont know yet, need to discuss this with doctor. I want to make a lift, to make them tight and perky, if he can do this without implant - its fine by me. If he says that he wants to add a little implant to achieve more volume - its fine too. The question I will ask him - if I get an implant will it make my breast become saggy faster because of its weight or opposite? Still cant imagine how the result will be with implant and without. Would be much easier to make a decision if I was able to see and compare how I will look like after...Anyways, cant wait to see how pretty I will be soon. Good luck to you, and if my breasts at least half beautiful as yours in the end - I will be the happiest woman in the entire world!!
