400cc moderate implants with lift after weight loss.

ORIGINAL POST

400cc breast augmentation and anchor lift

NewBoobs2511
WORTH IT$8,500
I’m 30 years old, 5’7 and weigh 157 pounds. I decided to have a breast lift and augmentation after the volume loss and sagging skin I was left with after an 80 pound weight loss. I was a full d before the weight loss but after I was left with sagging sacs of skin what looked terrible in swim suit or with no bra on.

I’m about your stats and I’m scheduled to have a lift and implants in December because I too have lost a lot of weight. I’m 5’7” and 168 pounds. I had been down to 160 but slowly gained some back. I’d like to get to my goal weight before surgery in 5 months. What worked for you? Btw hope you’re healing well!

I got to my goal weight by adding in weight training. there’s a program called 80 day obsession from beach body that I used it’s nutrition plan and 80 workouts. I was so scared to have the surgery but I’m now three weeks out and I feel great!

Awesome I’ll have to check it out! I’ve been doing Weight Watchers but plateaued and got comfortable. I’m pretty nervous! They showed me the operating room during my consult and I got butterflies. But it’s also so far out for me still that it doesn’t seem real. Glad to hear you’re feeling great! From what I can tell it’s the first week that sucks the most.

Your post sparked my attention. I am same height and weight. 165 prior to surgery @ 156 at surgery. I just had exact same procedures and I’m on my 7th day P Op. Can you tell us your final outcome and progress?? Thx for sharing your journey!

This has been the best day and I’ve felt the most normal. I am only taking the pain pills at night. I went back to work on day 5 and it was really hard

Yep,,the first week is rough. I remember. Your breasts will go through a series of changes now. Its so much fun watching them morph into your final result. You look great now,,,they are going to be so great when they are finished healing.

I think yours look a lot like mine when they were at the same stage just that yours are bigger. if my final result looks like yours I’ll be extremely happy!
