6 Month Update - Right Breast Issue

So it's been 6 months...

I recently went for my 6 month follow up visit, and again mentioned that my right breast is still a little higher than the other causing my nipples to not be in alignment. The nurse tried to brush me off by at first not admitting that they were misaligned, and then trying to imply that it was due to me sleeping with my arms in a certain position and pushing that side up. Which I know is not the case because I sleep on my back now at least 90% of the night, and I don't even sleep with my arms up around my boobs. She finally said she would discuss my photos with Dr. Z the following week. So fast forward to today, I get a phone call from the nurse after talking with Dr. Z about my photos. She says they looked at them together and he thinks everything looks great and to let them know if I have any issues in the future. She wasn't even going to acknowledge my concern. So I asked what he thought about the asymmetry. She said that it looks as though I had some asymmetry prior and that was all it was. I replied that it was not a satisfactory answer, so she said she would speak with him again about getting me in to see him.

You can clearly see in my before photos that there was not any even remotely significant misalignment. But after surgery, my right side very clearly took a lot longer to drop and is clearly not fulling dropped into place, which is causing this misalignment. It's crazy how little this Dr. and his office care once they have your money and your surgery is done. I'm curious to see how this ends up. As of right now, I would not recommend this surgeon or his office.

3 month update

I’ve been worried about my right breast not dropping but over the course of 4 weeks it has def made some progress. I’ve attached a collage showing 8wks, 10wks, and 12wks. The left side looks amazing. The right side is looking a lot better. You can see that the top isn’t as high and the you can see more tissue visible under the nipple. I’ve been wearing the band on that one side almost every day/night along with doing massages, and keeping it taped with medipore tape. Really hoping it will fully drop soon!

2 Month Update

It’s been about 8 weeks now, and I’m finally getting comfortable with my new boobs.
My left breast looks amazing! The right side is taking its dear sweet time dropping and I’m starting to get a little worried that it may need surgical intervention lol. I was given a unilateral bandeau at my last appt (2wks ago) so that I can wear it just on the right side. Doesn’t look like it has budged though. They took photos last time so I’ll ask to compare when I go back next week. The scars from the lift are barely visible. You can’t see the ones around the areola at all, just a hint of the vertical ones. I rub lotion and vitamin E oil on them twice a day, everyday.
I bought two bras finally, a 32G from Soma, and a 34DDD from Victoria’s Secret. The 32G fits the best, but I think I need to go up to 32H for a proper fit. I’m going to hold off though for a few more months, these two will suffice for now.
Cleaned out my closet, and started buying some new tops. A lot of mine no longer fit or look right. Kinda sucks but it is what it is. Trying to figure out what styles suit me best now. My sister is definitely benefitting from this lol
I remained active even right after surgery, daily walks and stretching. I’ve resumed lower body workouts, light upper body, and light jogging. I’m currently using a VS knockout sports bra with a support band across the top and it keeps them from bouncing.
That about covers everything. Just hoping and praying this right implant drops soon!!

Your boobs look a lot like mine did before my revision. You should check it out!
I read your updates! Your revision came out amazing. I'm hoping this thing drops on its own. At what point did you realize it just wasn't going to happen on its own?
Hello I was in this same boat I'm 3months out now!! how are u feeling now
Did you end up needing a revision or did your implants end up dropping on their own? Mine is definitely moving, just REALLY slowly. When I looked at photos from my last appt I could see that there was a difference. Just not a big one. My other implant is fully dropped though.
