I'm 30 years old with 2 kids and in desperate need of a breast lift. I've always had big boobs always even pre pregnancy I was DD and after kids a saggyDD I'm 5'6 140 pounds and ready for a change!

One week post op !
I am one week post op and loving my results already ! I ended up doing a breast lift with 200ccs gel silicone very high profile implants!

What size are u now? I had a lift 18 months ago and I'm a 32D now but want upper pole so am getting implants . We looked at 190cc , I don't want to be bigger just fuller as I'm only a petite 5f2 size 8 x

Hi ! Im not sure what size i am yet because i have not worn a regular bra . But all my old tops fit perfect! And im glad i put in the implant for upper fullness. I went with 200 ccs on one side n 225 on the othe because one was a lil lower n slightly smaller . But i did extra high profile silicone.

Your first photo just gave me life lol that is the exact look I was going for. I’m still healing but I expected to have large implants with my BL but I got 270cc under the muscle ultra high profile. So after seeing your review I feel happy now lol. Do you have before pics?

Same I thought i would get like 400 ccs but i guess it makes sense . Because it was already so large dds . Ill try to post one

Wowww!! I'm speechless! I am too a mother of a 2 year old and next year will be doing lift up. My only concern is how do you manage afterwards since you are restricted to do lifting/chores around the house etc? Awaiting your reply.

Well the 1st week i did absolutely nothing. Its not so much pain but pressure and discomfort for me . Im today 2 weeks post op and pretty much all back tp normal . I just don't lift anything heavy . Good luck !

Nipple and scar updates
I picked my doctor based on his fine breast scars and im just in love . Im scaring so well . I have not wet my breast at all ! I have kept them dry o my tiny scabs can heal as soon as possible and it’s definitely working not wetting them has definitely kept them from getting soft and developing those lil holes so many women get after a BL .

Thanks for posting your before photo! My dr said I didn't need a large implant because I had enough breast tissue to create a nice shape and volume. So must be the same for you I'd imagine. I'm so jealous of your scarring. Lol I had some openings in my wounds I'm dealing with still, eager to use scar treatment hopefully soon. But you are just healing just beautifully!

I’m using strataderm daily and invite E cream daily I’ve been using for 2 weeks since the dressings came off good luck
