Time for a revision

Itsboobietime

Hey real self! It’s been while. Unfortunately, things haven’t been well with my breast lift and implants. My results were less than ideal. I’m still very, if not more, insecure with them. So I have come to terms with the fact that I am going to need a revision.
Dr. Krau agrees that a revision is necessary. I am thinking in August or December.
Wish me luck girls. All I’ve ever wanted and wished for was a body I can be proud of, and wear whatever I want, and look damn good naked. I have to stay positive, as hard as it is, knowing I have to pay even more money on something I was hoping would just go right the first time.
More updates on results and experience coming soon. Bye ladies xx

Sorry you have to have a revision. I had an anchor lift with 500cc implants w/Dr Krau almost 3 weeks ago. I’m terrified something will go wrong and I’ll need a revision because I live in IL. Did you go to his private practice? I did. Does he charge you for the revision and new implant?

Hey. I went to his private practice. He said 1500 for revision

That seems to be the norm. I was hoping he did revisions for his private practice patients at no charge. Though hopefully, I won't need any.

Concerns. Sad. Possible double bubble?

Itsboobietime
Since my first day post op, I've noticed that the left side of my breast has some kind of indented area. I didn't pay much care to it because I was early on and figured it may just eventually get resolved by itself. Now, 5 weeks post op, it just seems to be getting worse. The reason I paid so much and went through a very emotionally & physically difficult process was so that I can be finally comfortable in my skin. Be confident in clothes and naked. But I am still dealing with a lot of self consciousness. I can't even wear bathing suits or dresses I hoped to wear because this indented area is so noticeable. I texted my doctor and he said it may be because of an internal suture? Whatever that means. I'm just so disappointed. I can't imagine ever having to go through another surgery so soon because it was already difficult going through it once. I thought this would be something that would fix itself but I no longer think this is the case. I just wish I had normal breasts.

Hi ,
I know this could worrying you and after going through a elective surgery last thing you expect is a complication but with a lift chances are higher than a regular implant . Don't be worried I'm sure this can be fixed . Hang in and keep us posted

Hey!!! Im so sorry you are upset. When you texted your PS,,,did you send a picture too?? Sweetie,,,make an appointment with him. He is your PS. You paid him a lot of $$ to help you feel better about yourself. Go to him. Show him your possible double bubble,,,and ask him to help you with it. Now,,,,he may ask you to wait up to 6 months to see if it resolves itself. They don't like to do surgery again until you are healed. Please don't be sad,,,,I'm pretty sure this is something that can be resolved. Unfortunately with these surgeries,,revisions are sometimes necessary. Im having a revision on my left boobie because it never dropped. My point is......you WILL have breasts that you feel confident with. Just stay strong,,,,,stay positive......talk to your PS. Keep us posted on your progress. Happy Healing!! :)

Hello love. I did send him pictures but he says all we can do right now is wait and hope it smooths out by itself. I really hope that it does get fixed by itself :( thank you so much for the kind words I appreciate it

Soooo I now have sensation on both nipples. I've felt my left one from the beginning but my right nipple sensation came back yesterday! they also started feeling squishy which is reassuring because they were sooo hard before. Anyways I feel totally normal now. I've been picking up my toddler, started vacuuming by myself today (heavy dyson so my husbands been vacuuming before) anyways, feeling a lot better day by day :)

Hi!! Big changes start happening around the 30 day mark. You are lucky to have gotten your nipple sensation back already. Im almost 5 months post op,,,,,and my nipples just started getting feeling back fairly recently. Take it easy. I know you are feeling better...but you still have lots of healing to do. You look great!! Congrats!!!! Happy Healing!!! :)

Thank you girl! Yeah they are ultra sensitive it hurts to even shower and have the water hit my nipple hahah. Yeah I agree, definitely going to continue taking it easy. Thanks for stopping by to comment girl! :)
