Hello ladies i want to share my amazing experience, I am 20 days post op and feeling great. I am 5'2 136 pounds athletic body. I had a lift and implants . I just started doing some light stuff around the house but not going back to training until probably 2 months, lift weights so I want to be safe but yes I can't wait to start going to the gym again.

Pictures after 5 months 

Here is an update after 5 months, incisions are still healing and somehow sensitive. But other then that no issues and they feel very soft and look very natural. 

I am 20 days post op and feeling great.
