1 month post op (amazing and LOVE)

WORTH IT$16,000
My lift with no implants was 4 weeks, 1 day ago and I LOOVE them. I’ve listened to my doc and just started doing more activity and my healing and incisions are feeling and looking great!
I do feel squishier since I haven’t worked out in 5 weeks and have been more indulgent, but they look so good I don’t care.
See pics!

I am considering breast lift with no implant. I hope I am fortunate to get similar results. My I ask what your pre-surgical size was?

13 days post op breast lift no implants

Hi, so my healing is going very well. Incisions are starting to heal. The lollipop part on both breasts is still really hard so trying to massage that per my doc. I was able to put on a regular top vs button down (ran out of button shirts!) and had no problems.

They’re looking so amazing too! Yay!!

Breast Lift/no Implant- Lollipop - LOVE It, Do It!

Hi! So I have always had meh boobs, and that was before pregnancies and weight gain/loss. I’m 41 and have the body of a 30 yo but the boobs of a 90 yo.
Went to get a lift by a female doc who all my friends saw for their augmentation (implants- no lift).
Procedure: Outpatient surgery for lift with no implant, and I was home in 6 hours (arrived at 9, surgery at 10/10:30, home by 4ish).
Recovery:
Day 1- surgery day. I slept through day 1/night. My best friend stayed with me and got me soup and scratched my back. Took a sick day.
Day 2- post op day 1- she left and I hung out and watched Netflix. Had my first post op for dressing change. Took a sick day.
Day 3- walked 5 mins to get coffee, chilled. Showered and was so nervous! Nobody said how my back would HURT from sleeping on my back (I’m a side sleeper) and the muscles seizing up. I had a small jar of coffee I laid and rolled on in bed and it helped a bit.
Day 4-8 - I forget. I worked from home that week and felt fine, but couldn’t do hair or look cute so tried to minimize video conferences.
Day 8- post op appt. they took out stitches and gave me cream to massage the scars for the next month. (I’ll start scar therapy in a month with sheets it sounds like, though they were shocked at my scar healing so far and we will reassess next week at my 2 weeks post op.
Concerns:
-Back felt SO stiff but fine after day 4 and rolling it out
-left boob is double the size cause of swelling...hope it goes down!
-left boob had more work on it (under to stitch up) and felt tighter until day 6. Now just feels heavier

Thank you for sharing your review with the RealSelf community! Hope that the rest of your recovery goes well!

Beautiful results!
My lift without inplants is March 16th.i think were around the same size and my breast are slimmer to yours ..any adive ? I'm very scared and I don't know why ! I also chose A women surgeon !
Ooh, yay, youll love it!! Nobody told me how uncomfy back sleeping would be, so start doing that now to practice (like my muscles in my back and neck were so sore at 2-3 days post op, I had to take a roller ball and massage).

I also didn’t feel any major pain so didn’t take the narcotics.

If you can, don’t go into work the week after. I had my surgery on a Thursday morning and came home Thursday afternoon and chilled. Rested til Saturday. Then I chilled Sunday and worked from home the following week. Felt fine.

My docs instructions were strict- NO raising heart rate for 3 weeks, 15 min walks were allowed here and there. No lifting more than 5 lbs (that sucked, I needed friends to wash my dishes and i prepped everything I would need before).

So listen to your surgeon! I didn’t start side sleeping til 3 weeks. They cleared me for excercise at 3 weeks but no heavy lifting and to ease into hard core cardio.

Good luck, ill post 1 month post op pics!
Who was your doctor?
Carolyn Chang, in SF. Amazing...she did all of my friends’ implants and another one is going back to have them replaced + lift since it’s been 10 years and kids.
