Horndeski is a Genius - Revolutionary Bellasoma Method

About me - I know a lot about the body, how it functions and surgery because I’ve spent 10 years as a military medic in the ER, eventually specializing into radiology and I've done CrossFit training. At age 54, I stand 5’11” tall and weigh 160 and I wore size 34D bra before seeing Dr. Horndeski with hopes of reducing to size 34B. I chose Dr Horndeski for his revolutionary surgical technique and I’ll explain more below.
My History - 3 prior breast surgeries: Bilateral reduction 27 years ago, smaller but uneven result. 21 years ago had bilateral implants that were supposed to be very small (never trust Miami ps to understand what small means) - they drifted to my collarbone when supine in bed, necessitating a 3rd surgery removal one year later, putting me back to uneven and smaller size 34B. In my early 30s I had severe hormonal facial acne which drove me to try off-label use of Spironolactone medicine. It made my face lovely again but caused permanent breast enlargement by 2 cup sizes to 34D!! Although 34D looks proportional on my body, they felt large and heavy - a living nightmare that over time became flat and boxy looking. I've always been an athletic tomboy and I can’t stand the feeling of jiggling flesh - my dream has always been to have very small breasts - light and free like a ballerina. So I lived in 24/7 in tight fitting sport bras because practically no movement feels best.
March 2021 - Two prominent local plastic surgeons declined to work on me on strong cautions about possible nipple areola complex (NAC) necrosis due to my having had so much prior work and without having surgical reports from so long ago. Nevertheless, I felt optimistic as an outlier (an atypical candidate) for revisional reduction surgery given that (1) I've never smoked and (2) have always had a healthy body weight and (3) eat lots of vegetables - mainly plant based diet and lastly, (4) there had to be excellent blood flow given significant breast enlargement during the 6 months on Spironolactone. I continued reading medical articles on surgical techniques and outcomes related to nipple necrosis on patients with prior reduction surgeries. Then I stumbled upon Dr Horndeski’s Bellasoma Method, and I'm very happy that I did.
Dr Horndeski's "Bellasoma Method” is easy to understand - makes perfect sense - it's revolutionary really. Let me say that again, HORNDESKI'S BELLASOMA METHOD IS REVOLUTIONARY! (I’m not receiving compensation to say that). Check it out - He uses your own tissue to reshape and hold into new position your breast tissue, creating a permanent support **inside** your body. It really is genius; your excess skin (normally taken off and discarded) is repurposed into biological straps which are woven around and through breast tissues and sewn along several places of the pectoralis chest muscle. Over time the straps turn into tendon - how cool is that!
Everyone else out there reshapes and repositions - you don't get Horndeski's added benefit of internal support which keeps your shape from sagging. The Bellasoma Method has two different ways to get your desired shape and position, depending upon your anatomy, i.e. - how much mass needs to be repositioned, how much skin there is to repurpose into straps and if there are any other complicating factors like as prior surgical work. It's a much more complicated operation that he has been perfecting for well over 10 years, but he is the only one doing it.
Excited about this revolutionary procedure, I did further online research and found some very ugly things stated about him, admittedly giving me pause. But let me back up - I have perspective from my medical background; I know some cases can look bad or have less than desirable outcomes because some people have outlandish expectations and can be very difficult to please. And there are those that aren't good surgical candidates for being obese and unhealthy and finally, not everyone takes care to not smoke, eat right and do whatever is directed for healing. So although I had found some very ugly things stated about him, I decided to focus on the many positive reviews and schedule a free consultation - couldn’t hurt right? My anxiety melted away with the virtual consult in which I found Dr. Horndeski to be very engaging - quick to express his thoughts, a good listener and generous with his time. Dr Horndeski seems to be an engineer type of guy - it’s obvious that he loves his work given his audacity to come up with a revolutionary technique to create internal support - makes you wonder why God almighty didn't design the female body this way! (Now you know why I signed up for him to work on me).
But I needed one more thing - the deal maker would be speaking to others who had recently undergone his surgeries. I hoped to talk to ladies like myself in terms of general health, goals and socioeconomic status. Without hesitation Jana forwarded to me a contact list of ten and after speaking to two ladies — YES was an easy decision. I made a surgical appointment for 10 days later, immediately began taking Arnica Montana 30c supplement (reduces bruising & swelling), and flew from California to Texas.
Everything went very smoothly, just as had been explained by Jana on the phone and within their pdf document. All the work was done through a wider cut around the nipples and so flesh is neatly gathered around. After 6 months to heal, Dr Horndeski will do a free adjustment in office, much like going to a dentist - shots of local anesthesia, cut and suture the skin into a better position. The only difficulty is I’m not sleeping well because I’m a side sleeper, and you have to sleep flat on your back for 30 days.
Although Dr H's website and office are quite plain compared to luxury offices and surgical facilities in Beverly Hills, I cannot stress enough that GENIUS MEDICAL EXPERTISE can be found anywhere. The internal support provided by Dr Horndeski's Bellasoma mini lift feels great, HOWEVER, I remain dissatisfied with still having a larger diameter circumference that does not fit into a 34B - I am really praying to become smaller over the next 5 months (he said your final shape is set by 6 months). I communicated very clearly about my desired outcome in terms of quantifiable diameter and circumference centimeters, but perhaps it was hard for him to understand how serious I was because he kept telling me that I was a rare case in wanting to be made that small.
For all women seeking relief from having weighted breasts, I sincerely pray and staunchly advocate that the plastic surgery community accept and learn his Bellasomamethod because at only 2 weeks out from surgery, I can really feel the difference from having internal support - take it from me with having had prior breast reduction surgery where you’re basically depending upon skin and flimsier body tissue to hold heavier gland tissue in place - the Bellasoma Method is a superior technique because **women have a better future of feeling freer against gravity**.
