I did not take before photos at all.
I was and still am very self-conscious about my breasts.
But here is a picture of my breasts before getting my chest tattoo done (photo 1).
Photo 2 shows how my breasts used to look like when the weather was hot (swollen and saggy).

Healing Beautifully ! 1 Month Post Breast Lift
I have never been happy with my breasts.
I actively began to search for a good surgeon in 2020. Eventually, I found the right one and had a breast lift on Feb. 18, 2022.
The pain was intense during the first 48 hours after surgery. I even thought: "if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't want to do it".
But having someone you trust and love by your side taking care of you really speed up the healing process.
My surgeon told me 1 month post-op that I was healing remarkably well. I am indeed delighted with the result.
I also started vigorously massaging my scars, because they are very stiff and hard. It is very painful (electric shocks due to cut nerves?).
But I can already notice some changes : my breasts feel less swollen and above all, I am less and less afraid of getting hurt.
I am getting used to be touched there again.
I have to wear a postop bra night and day for 2 months.
I am not allowed to exercise for 3 months. But thanks to the massages, I feel strong enough to do some low impact home workouts anyway.
Finally, I would like to thank this website.
Reading reviews, looking at real pictures, and noticing that other women on here and I shared the same worries helped me to be more serene.
Can't wait to take off my bra! And if I had to do it all over again, I would do it all over again.

This is actually such a helpful video!!!! I'm here, watching your nipples heal, as I am currently 8 days post op and slightly concerned with exactly what my nipples will look like when the tape comes off..
