5 days post breast lift with Galaform, no implant

I am 41 years old with 2 teenagers daughters. Just had breast lift surgery ( no implant) 5 days back, results can't tell exactly but breast looking up and full. I am doing well no pain medication taking, from days 4 doing cooking, small cleaning, making lunch dinner. I am a hairdresser so doctor told me I can go back to work after 4 weeks but I don't think I can stay home that long , I have post op appointments tomorrow I will ask doctor if I can start my work from next week.
