I'm 21 years old-- I've always had large breasts and I've fluctuated pretty significant weight several times. My breasts were large (34DD-E) and decently saggy. I was interested in a traditional breast lift but I was concerned I'd have a flat result. Due to my already large size and slight fears of implants, I didn't think I was interested in a traditional augmentation with implants. I explained my concerns to Dr Friedlander (Doctor Bev) and she suggested a fat transfer to give my breasts the added volume I desired. On August 11th, 2020, Doctor Bev did my lift with the fat transfer and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Any update? This is the exact procedure I am wanting and would love to see how it’s healed up for you since.
I had this done also with Dr. Magge in Bethesda, MD and I am also happy with the results. For many years I didn't realize this was how it could be done and so now I'm much smaller-sized (DDD-E to C), instant relief of my shoulder and back pain. However, I have a nice cleavage. I look and feel very full and very pleased also with the results of this approach. Smaller now, but I don't look tiny....which I like.
