The nipple has a weird shape even after revision

With Dr. Turkle I had a mini breast lift to remove extra skin around my nipples after a previous implant removal and lift (with a different doctor), along with my tummy tuck. I had to go back to have the nipples re-done due to areola skin outside the round incision line and the other side having a mismatched elongated shape. Even after the revision, I still have a small part of areola skin outside the incision, which gives the nipple a weird shape. Super frustrating, but maybe I'll have it fixed some day with a different doctor. Wish I hadn't had Dr. Turkle work on them at all. The only other issue I had was after driving 2 hours each direction for follow up appointments, being rushed out of the office after 5 minutes with a nurse and 5 minutes with Dr. Turkle. Often my questions and concerns were left unanswered and I had to email to follow up, which often received more attention than my in-person appointments.
