Best Experience I Could Have Wished for

I had my surgery with Dr Ayhan at the end of September, and the results were mind-blowing! From the moment I first got in touch with him to the very last minute, it was the best experience I could have wished for.
I had a mastopexy with autoaugmentation and fat transfer from my inner thighs, plus a transconjunctival blepharoplasty to correct the fat pads under my eyes.
When I first contacted Dr Ayhan, he offered me a consultation straight away and personally answered my messages. This was something that really stood out to me, especially after contacting other private clinics and surgeons where the replies came only through an assistant. His patient care and communication were excellent from the very beginning. This made a big difference to me, as I felt I was speaking directly to the person who would be taking care of me, rather than just being another patient going through a clinic.
One of my main concerns was that I really didn't want implants, but all the other surgeons I had consulted had suggested them. Dr Ayhan was quite confident that we could achieve a beautiful, natural result with a different approach, without implants. This gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel that he had really listened to what I wanted.
We arrived in Istanbul from Edinburgh, and everything was already organised for us. I had another consultation with Dr Ayhan the day before surgery to confirm the outcome, and then the surgery took place. I woke up feeling as if nothing had happened! In less than 24 hours, I was already up and feeling great.
I met Dr Ayhan many more times before leaving Istanbul. He checked on me, adjusted my medications and made sure everything was going well. He also personally replied to many of the messages I sent whenever I was worried about something. Dr Ipek, his assistant, was also great and very supportive throughout the whole experience.
There are no words to thank Dr Ayhan for the results. It's still too early to judge the final results of my eyes, but I already feel 10 years younger! He is incredibly professional but also an unbelievably nice person.
Dr Ayhan also has a very strong academic background, with many peer-reviewed publications and research in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has participated in and won competitions for his clinical and research work, which shows how knowledgeable and dedicated he is. I highly value people who truly devote their lives to what they do, especially someone who has built such a strong scientific foundation before even opening his own practice. His research and publications show how much he has contributed to the development of his field.
Thank you again, Dr Ayhan, for everything. I am so happy with my results, but also with the whole experience and the way you looked after me. I couldn't have wished for a better surgeon to put my trust in!
