The procedure was done beautifully - better than I imagined

Dr. Butler and his staff are wonderful! He took the time during every step of my procedure to answer questions, confirm my wants and get to know me. He made sure I knew what was going to be happening during the process- from consultation all the way through to recovery. I ask a lot of questions and I never felt he was rushing me during appointments. He entered each visit with a smile and he remembered our past conversations and always checked back in on any previous concerns. He sat down and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and I was satisfied with his response.

The procedure itself was done beautifully and is even better than I imagined. He really listened to what my issues were and what result I was hoping to achieve from my procedure.

His staff are amazing and friendly and always courteous. When I had visits with them alone, they also answered any questions and listened to me to help me fix any problems I was having with recovery.
