Consultation review: find another surgeon

Find another Surgeon. We had a terrible experience in our interactions with him and his office. The list of issues is exhaustive. Most importantly, he was impolite, disrespectful, untruthful and unresponsive. Firstly, we waited 40 minutes at a morning appointment with no apology. The consultation was extremely short, during the consultation he was extremely vague about the details of a straight forward procedure. It then took over two weeks to receive the final quote after the consultation. The quote was 40% more than the price estimate provided to us by his staff, for no justifiable reason. We shared our frustration. He then had a person claiming to be a lawyer call me (who obviously wasn’t a lawyer) and requested we sign a non disclosure agreement about our experience with him. Our many attempts to resolve the matter have resulted in no response from anyone since. We have received no apology, no communication, he is simply just ignoring the matter. Go find another surgeon! We had extremely good experiences with others.
