Phenomenal plastic surgeon - far exceeded my expectations

WORTH IT
I had my second surgery with Dr. Loffredo in February, and I am blown away once again by how good the reconstruction turned out. Dr. Loffredo is the best of the best at what he does. He is such a kind, compassionate plastic surgeon. He truly loves what he does and wants you to love the outcome of your surgery as well. He has tremendous bedside manner, and listens to all your concerns and questions. He gives you the best options on treatments and is thorough in explaining the entire process. I could not be happier with these two surgeries and how good I look and feel. I’m so grateful my breast surgeon referred me to him. I will never see another plastic surgeon but him for anything I need. Dr. Loffredo’s office staff are incredible too, very kind, efficient, friendly, helpful, supportive and truly care about the patients . I cannot give Dr. Loffredo enough praise. He has done so much for my self esteem, and forever changed my life for the better. Thank you for helping me feel and look my best Dr. Loffredo, I’m so grateful to be your patient.

Breast lift
4 weeks post op before & after. This has been a life changing surgery that far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Loffredo is an incredibly skilled, compassionate, perfectionist. He truly cares about his patients and the outcome of their results. I highly recommend his expertise to anyone considering any form of plastic surgery, you won’t regret it.

Thank you for sharing these! You had a great result! Do you mind me asking what size you were pre and post surgery? We seem to have a similar before size and I’m just curious if I would have a similar result with just a lift procedure. (Trying to make the decision to get or not to get implants as well as a lift)
Hi! I was a 36 C before the lift, and am now a 34 B. I highly recommend you get a consult with Dr. Loffredo if you have not already. He would be able to tell you if you should do lift or if you can go straight to implants. I’m doing implants in February with him, and he highly recommended I do lift. I had major volume loss after breastfeeding two babies. It has been life changing. He is an incredible surgeon, he truly cares about how you will view your body and the final outcome.
Thank you! Is there a reason you weren’t able to do the lift and implant in the same procedure?
I had a lesion removed off my nipple, and wanted to get that taken care of by my breast surgeon at the lift appointment. In my case, in order for me to have the best outcome I would have needed the lift. I had so much loss of volume. I wanted to make sure when I get my double mastectomy and reconstruction that it looked the best it could possibly look.

Dr. Loffredo is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is extremely compassionate, attentive, thorough, and walks you through each step of what to expect during your procedure. I am so happy with my recovery from my recent procedure with him. His entire office staff are so kind, supportive, compassionate, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Loffredo for any of your plastic surgery needs. He is truly an expert in his field. I will be having an additional surgery with him, and just know he will far exceed my expectations like he did on my first. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Dr. Loffredo.
